The man who was providing my service never said hello, and wasn't friendly, which is fine, but my "Codi" pedicure did not include several things I expected. I never received any type of callous removal, or dry skin exfoliation. I left with my feet feeling the way when I walked in. He did provide cuticle trimming and removed my gel nicely. The massage was abysmal - with a too nonchalant pressure and technique. Had I not been in a time crunch, I would've requested a new tech. I asked for a simple flower to be painted in orange on my big toes, with a blue base. My tech went and recruited a gal to come and do the design. I am shocked with what I left with, as it is not what I asked for, and a bit disappointing. Once again I was in a time crunch, and I had already asked her to make it bigger once. Please look at the image I was given. In addition to the basic design not being what I wanted (just tell me no next time if it can't be done) my gel is flooded to the cuticle on both big toes and will likely lift well before the 2 week mark. I would not expect this type of pedicure for $74. I left paying $90 for a pretty bad pedicure and meh design. Had I known the quality of work here, I would've done the cheapest pedicure and no design.

I was very confused throughout the whole process up until it was time to pick out what colors I wanted for my acrylics (which he cut extremely short by the way) I had what color(s) I wanted and he told me he couldn't do them, so I picked out something else and he said he also couldn't do them then proceded to recommend me an apple green and hot pink ombre ( my choices in colors had to match my dress because I am in the wedding) and I explained to him why I couldn't. Then he preceded to take in another customer making me wait 20 min so I could get my nails finished. I tried to ask him if the color I picked out was navy blue ( I couldn't see it very well because it was in a bottle with a very small label on what the color was but under like a shade name) he told me yes so we continued. turns out the color was purple and I'm about to be walking down the aisle with a navy dress and purple nails. I am not satisfied with my first time getting them done and I will not get them done there again.
