I had another appointment at 1pm, and my pedicure had been scheduled for 11am. The man who was providing my service never said hello, and wasn't friendly, which is fine, but my "Codi" pedicure did not include several things I expected. I never received any type of callous removal, or dry skin exfoliation. I left with my feet feeling the way when I walked in. He did provide cuticle trimming and removed my gel nicely. The massage was abysmal - with a too nonchalant pressure and technique. Had I not been in a time crunch, I would've requested a new tech. I asked for a simple flower to be painted in orange on my big toes, with a blue base. My tech went and recruited a gal to come and do the design. I am shocked with what I left with, as it is not what I asked for, and a bit disappointing. Once again I was in a time crunch, and I had already asked her to make it bigger once. Please look at the image I was given. In addition to the basic design not being what I wanted (just tell me no next time if it can't be done) my gel is flooded to the cuticle on both big toes and will likely lift well before the 2 week mark. I would not expect this type of pedicure for $74. I left paying $90 for a pretty bad pedicure and meh design. Had I known the quality of work here, I would've done the cheapest pedicure and no design.

There was one other customer when arrived so they were not busy at all. My nails are all different shapes and lengths. Even during the checkout process she was so pushy and rude and I was nothing but kind to her the whole time. She made me uncomfortable during the entire appointment. Everything was very rushed. The woman didn't speak to us at all. She spent the entire time on a phone call with her earbuds. We will not be back. Definitely not a relaxing spa time. The unused stations were dirty. The tech didnt switch gloves between doing my mom's manicure and my pedicure. On a few of my toenails it looks like my 4 year old granddaughter painted them. Absolutely disgusted with this place!!!!

I came in for a neutral color and was hoping for an acrylic style. The girl told me she only had shellac but would be happy to find someone else to do my nails. Since I made a last minute appointment I felt bad changing up the person I would give my money too. I showed her some nude colors/subtle colors/ and one light grey color. I need my nails done for engagement pictures so didn't want anything too bold. I was somewhat indecisive so the girl told me she would just pick for me. (She told me darker seemed to be my color, I don't think that's a compliment). I ended up with an almost black color!!!!!! Conversation was going well until she seemed too focused on my nails to be disrupted. My cuticles were bleeding, I have hangnails on most of my nails and when I walked away there was polish on my skin. Definitely not happy with the color nor the professionalism in the process. People have told me to go back but I really don't want to see how much more it could be messed up. The first few pictures are the color I asked for and the dark colors are what I ended up with

I was never explained what was happening so I didn't know what to do. I was very confused throughout the whole process up until it was time to pick out what colors I wanted for my acrylics (which he cut extremely short by the way) I had what color(s) I wanted and he told me he couldn't do them, so I picked out something else and he said he also couldn't do them then proceded to recommend me an apple green and hot pink ombre ( my choices in colors had to match my dress because I am in the wedding) and I explained to him why I couldn't. Then he preceded to take in another customer making me wait 20 min so I could get my nails finished. I tried to ask him if the color I picked out was navy blue ( I couldn't see it very well because it was in a bottle with a very small label on what the color was but under like a shade name) he told me yes so we continued. turns out the color was purple and I'm about to be walking down the aisle with a navy dress and purple nails.
