I received an email this past week indicating "You'll find dozens of items marked 50% to 70% off this Friday and Saturday only. (Watch our social media Thursday evening, and I might give you a sneak preview!)" I didn't see any high-lighted items in the Facebook posting. What was the dozen of items included a rack with Easter items; Easter was almost 2 months ago. Both my husband and I found the ad to be very misleading. I graduated from college back in the 70's with a degree in retailing and worked in the industry for a number of years. While the woman behind the counter made light of our complaints I remember this type of advertising being labeled as "bait and switch" We did purchase a couple of items and when we got home they charged a service fee on our purchase for using a credit card. It would have been nice if like other retail establishments and restaurants you indicated there would be a service charge for using a card. Well folks you lost our future business. The owner responded to my review . There was no sign indicating a charge for Credit card purchases on the counter at the point of sale as she indicated in her response. And I copied and pasted the exact wording in quotes in my review via the email we received regarding the sale.. I have viewed Instagram videos over the years and the owner cashed me out. If you look at another review on this site they also indicated prices had gone drastically up. The one true statement is no one pressured us to buy anything,

Happened upon Remix Consignment via Instagram and once we scrolled through a few posts, we knew we…read moreneeded to make the drive to Murfreesboro for a look...and a hopeful haul. Remix Consignment sits just around the bend from the mall in a small 3 or 4 shop plaza. They have two entrances/exits, which make loading pretty easy. The space is one large room filled with sofas, tables, dining sets, dressers, art, candles, cutting boards and more. They are packed full of items, but it is still a well laid out and easily navigable space. They do have signs around stating that loading is all on you, however the fellas that were working were quick to offer their assistance when needed. Additionally, while they do not offer delivery, a few of them do it on the side and will happily make it happen. We came for a particular piece we saw online and lucky for us, they still had it in stock. We picked up a perfect industrial wood/metal piece that makes the perfect sideboard in our new home! And the price was not bad either! While we are new customers of theirs, apparently they drop prices on items every 30 days which is good to know in the event they ever have a piece that we want, but don't need just yet... Service was solid from entry to exit. They checked on us as we walked around, help us load and welcomed us back at check out. Overall, great spot for a solid furniture haul. We will continue to watch their IG and make our way out when something catches our eye!

I saw a post on Facebook about a couch. When I inquired about it, I got a response with where it…read morewas located and that was it. After reading some reviews, I was a bit hesitant because people said when things went wrong, no one helped them once it was delivered...but their prices are good, so we figured we'd take a chance. We walked into the store and were greeted right away. They allowed us to walk around and take our time. We didn't have someone following us at a distance; they allowed us to look and were there when we had questions. After we decided, we went back and forth on a few details. Noah helped us and he was very nice and Billy (the owner) came and introduced himself. Long story short, a piece was left off our delivery. My husband and I went back and forth on the piece (he wanted it, I didn't), but we decided to go ahead and get it. When we received our delivery, it was not there. We looked at our receipt and it specifically said it was without that piece of the couch. We couldn't get ahold of Billy, our delivery drivers left (who were awesome) and we figured we weren't going to get it. We had absolutely no recourse because our receipt did not include that item, which we didn't notice until delivery day. Once the guys got back, they talked to Billy, called us and said it was absolutely ours, so we came to pick it up. The integrity Billy showed is beyond appreciated and noticed. From start to finish, everything they said they would do, they honored... not only in price and delivery date, but even with a small slip-up. We will 100% come back. Highly recommend.
