I've never had it done before, how much is it and how long do they last?

Hello, they last up to 4-6 weeks however refills are required every 2-3 weeks. Please refer to our website dreamalityco.com for pricing.

What kind of adhesive do you guys use?

We use borby no. 5, borby ultimate, and light eyes red cap. All eyelash extension glues are formulated with formaldehyde.

She walked me through a thorough consultation and helped pick what lashes would work best for me. I have sensitive eyes and one of the biggest things for me when getting lash extensions is how careful they are going to be so that I don't have swelling, redness, etc. Sandy was SO careful and I had very little irritation. Honestly, I was shocked how little given that I have been getting lashes for 10+ years and they never have felt that good. Retention? Amazing. Again, I was shocked after getting lashes for so long that this type of retention was even possible for me. Not only is this going to save me time, but of course money too and we love that! However, during my pedicure, they switched nail techs midway, and the quality dropped significantly after that. It also seems like the owner is rarely present and leaves an older lady (who I later found out is her aunt) in charge, and she pretty much does whatever she wants. I reached out to the owner to politely share my experience, but instead of addressing it, she blocked me. I only realized this when I tried to book another appointment with Kelsey. Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for a more professional and consistent experience.
