I have requested my booking to be transferred to the agent that I have the relationship with and the Owner has given me the run around telling me that she cannot legally do this. I am now an angry, dissatisfied customer and am concerned about her ability to handle the arrangements. If she would have worked with me on my request, I would have given her the benefit of the doubt. Instead, this seems to be a personal issue and unfortunately clients are caught in the middle.
