I asked what I would have to pay if I had to cancel the reservation as this day in age that is a standard question. I was told $50. I was comfortable being out $50 if I had to cancel. Fast forward a few months when I did need to cancel. I was told I would be out $229, not $50. When I asked about this I was told I had to pay the cost of insurance that was non-refundable. Insurance was never discussed during booking and something that was NOT communicated to me when asked how much I would have to pay if I needed to cancel. If you are booking, please make sure to get the full picture of cancellations in writing prior to booking.

I have requested my booking to be transferred to the agent that I have the relationship with and the Owner has given me the run around telling me that she cannot legally do this. I am now an angry, dissatisfied customer and am concerned about her ability to handle the arrangements. If she would have worked with me on my request, I would have given her the benefit of the doubt. Instead, this seems to be a personal issue and unfortunately clients are caught in the middle. Extremely unprofessional!
