I noticed the hair in one cup while I was there and requested a refund. I didn't discover the hair in the second cup until afterward. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of concern from the ownership/management. There was no genuine apology, no sense of urgency, and no indication that they actually cared that they were serving customers food with hair in it. When I asked why something like this would happen, the response was essentially: "I don't know. It's just something that happens. I wouldn't really know." Excuse me? Hair in TWO separate cups of food is not something customers should be expected to accept as "just something that happens." That response was honestly more disturbing than the initial discovery. Food-service businesses are supposed to have basic standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and quality control. If a customer finds hair in their food, the bare minimum is to take it seriously, apologize, and address the concern. Instead, I left feeling like my money and my experience as a customer simply did not matter. I'm sharing this because people deserve to know what happened before spending their money there. Two separate products. Two separate flavors. Hair in both. And virtually no accountability or concern afterward. That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
