To begin with, we were completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service; their attention to detail is second to none. When we entered their showroom, the ambiance was inviting and comfortable. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. In the showroom were greeted by a representative. We handed him a piece of Red Oak Hardwood from a previous installation. He matched our sample to the new version of Red Oak Hardwood. It was an excellent match. The estimator came to our home; measured accurately and made a few recommendations regarding the installation process. What amazed us the most was their pricing; it was fair and transparent. Each detail was outlined with the associated value for money. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations. The Red Oak Hardwood boards were perfect, both in colour and shape. They delivered long flooring boards in each box, not a collection of shorth boards. They satisfied all our needs. David, the Sales Representative, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The work started on time, exactly as promised. The crew who installed the flooring did a fantastic job. Ali and his partner Ahmed demonstrated an excellent teamwork, knowledge, and dedication to their work. On the first day, they removed old hardwood floor, baseboards, and carpets. It took them only two more days to install the entire new hardwood floor. They never complained that they had to move some furniture and never left any garbage. On a more personal note, they were very polite, cooperative and easy to deal with. We are thrilled with the results. Our home looks amazing with the new flooring.
