My wife and I…read morewere just in awe of how amazing the photos looked, especially the portraits which looked like a work of art. We were assigned Reena and Roderick as our main photographer and videographer, and Ben and Tuck as the secondary photographer and videographer. They gave such clear direction to ensure the photos came out the way we wanted. All 4 of them were respectful, professional and very accommodating. We had an extensive list of photo combinations we wanted with the bridal party, our parents, wedding sponsors, and extended family and the Dean Michaels team managed to capture every single moment. I'd ask Reena last minute if we could take pictures at different locations and she would be so accommodating and the photos came out perfect. We are so glad we went with Dean Michaels. It's always tough picking through hundreds of wedding photo companies but my wife and I really liked the style of Dean Michaels which provided a good mix of dramatic and traditional photos without being too over the top. We highly recommend Dean Michaels if you're undecided who to go with for your wedding or any other events!

She's an LBI local who's very familiar with the best spots to capture photographs. She's super personable and easy to get along with, which makes for a relaxing photo session. Our family photo shoots involve 6 adults and 3 kids and she captures everyone along with smaller groups (like grandparents with the grandkids or individual families). She is patient and understanding and knows how crazy it can be when kids get tired or rambunctious. She can do multiple locations for photo shoots - just recently we did the beach for some pics and then headed to Sunset Park to use as another location. In years past we used the lighthouse. I would highly recommend Nicole to capture any family memories, whether it's a wedding or, if you're like us, on vacation and want to get professional photos to capture everyone. Kids grow up quick and we're so grateful to have these beautiful keepsakes to look back on!

Nicole was beyond helpful throughout the process, was easily accessible for questions, patient, and super organized (which is HUGE)! From the first time we sat with Nicole, I knew that she was an addition we wanted for our special day. Nicole basically serves as a day-of-coordinator with the detailed timeline she puts together for the day (sorry I deviated from it sometimes LOL). Nicole has the best personality and the ability to get a group to focus so pictures can be completed efficiently! Our parents and bridal party loved her and her second shooter, Mel. Nicole was also open to suggestions throughout the day if I felt like I wanted a specific photo in the moment. We received SO MANY photos back with our full album, each one better than the next, making it so difficult to choose a photo for our canvas and pick our album! Thank you Nicole for making what can be a stressful process so seamless with your knowledge, poise, and flexibility. I would hands down choose you again if I could to be apart of our special day. Nicole truly loves what she does and it shows in her work. Look no further, she is your girl!

So, in Episode 1 of TRC Photography, we discussed buying prints of Toms amazing work. In Episode 2…read morewe discuss the other aspect of his services, The Photo Shoot. It's tough to come up with a 40th birthday gift for an estranged spouse. These days, the only thing we have in common is our children, so it seemed fitting to include them somehow. In a rare moment of clarity, I found a way to get this done, give business to a worthy photographer ( ahem, and friend) at the same time. I posed the idea to Tom, to do a photo shoot of my kids as a present for my wife and his energy and enthusiasm made me immediately think I made the right choice. We discussed locations and concepts based on what I had seen of his work. Tom had some fantastic ideas and was very receptive to my own ideas. Tom feels that the comfort of the subjects is important, so we decided to do an outdoor shoot at the park in the neighborhood where they grew up. The day came and although Tom had nothing to do with the weather, I couldn't help but feel that with the most beautiful fall day I'd ever seen, Tom has an in with Mother Nature. The shoot went flawlessly. He worked great with usually difficult kids and I could tell they felt at ease. My kids are into cosplay, where they like to dress up as their favorite characters. They loved that Tom incorporated their costumes into the shoot and couldn't wait for the pictures. And what pictures they were. I've never seen my kids look so good. The shots were classy, true and fun. I am more than pleased with the results and they were a big hit with everyone who got one. Tom uses an easy method for getting you your pics. He sets up a web page where you can view all shots and order them however you wish ( mugs, cards, photos, digital, etc) . With one click, a picture will be in your hands within hours. The overall experience with Tom, was one that I can't say enough good things about. If you have the need for such services and you are in the greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area ( or even beyond- it's worth it) make sure you check Tom out. He even made me look good...and that's saying something.
