Our downstairs bathroom ended up being part of our full kitchen remodel and we needed a new toilet and then a new faucet for the kitchen. We stopped in on a Tuesday, few people in the shoproom and ended uip dealing with a great guy, Ken, come to find out he is the owner. Told him what we needed, unfortunately the toilet is a special size (10" rough) so options were limited. Ken showed us multiple options and set us up with a Kohler, same money as the local big box stores and they had a faucet for our kitchen on display, which my wife and I instantaneously loved so Ken staired us in the right direction. Great unit. Ken was very professional and very informative. Toilet and faucet were ordered that day (Tuesday) and entire order was in by Thursday evening. Now I truly judge a place on how bad situations are dealt with and unfortunately we ran into two of them, none of which was any fault of the store. But Ken handled the issues like a champ and truly made the experience even better. The toilet upon install had a hair-line crack in the tank in which water was dripping out once installed. The faucet head button for the spray and regualr flow broke and got stuck in regular mode. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to speak with Ken, he apologized and reassured me that both items would be taken care of immediately. They actually were! New tank for toilet was in next day and faucet head was shipped right to the house. We are totally satisfied with our experience and will not hesitate to use them again for a bathroom remodels and additionally recommend Tubs & Stuff to anyone we can.

Why not! Turned out to be a great experience. Joni from Prestige Auto Upholstery reached out to say he could do the job. He was in the same town so very convenient for me. He gave me a price and a date he could start. We set up the appointment. The next day he texted me to tell me that he had an opening earlier if I wanted it. Great communication! I dropped the car off. It was done in 2 days just like he promised. The price was right in the range he quoted. He sent a text when he was done with a picture. I picked up the car and the new top looks perfect! So what did I like about Prestige? First they have a solid shop. You can tell they do a lot of good work. It's not a little place where they can only work on one project at a time. There were several BMWs in the shop when I was there, so people with quality cars trust them.
