So where do I even begin!!! Me and husband just bought us our first home, and we had been looking…read morefor furniture for the past three days. We went to Ashley's, we went to Royal, we went everywhere you could possibly think of. Just when we where about to give up hope and order online, we came back home to West Memphis, and stopped by Zach's Furniture. It was literally closing time, but the gentleman told us not to worry about that, and to take our time and look around, so we did just that. We wound up finding a beautiful black and silver couch with a loveseat, and some very elegant black coffee tables to match. We also wound up finding us a beautiful grey and white marble table for our kitchen. We paid a very GOOD PRICE for what we got and set everything up to be delivered. Later on that night, I Started second guessing about the couch set. I was thinking it wasn't going to fill up the living room like I wanted since it was just two pieces. I also was trying to go for more of a country feeling in my living room, and this set looked more upscaled and classy, so all in all I was just very unhappy with the choice I made. Don't get me wrong, it was BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE, that's why I was so QUICK to pick it out and buy it , but it just wasn't the look I wanted. The next day I went right back up to the furniture store, and I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to change it, but I went ahead and asked anyway. The man said, "oh yeah you can change it to whatever you want, it doesn't matter if it's more or less, just whatever you want.". Then he proceeds to say that all he wants is for us to be happy with the choice that we made!!!!! We took a little bit longer this time but we wound up picking us out a three piece leather set , in which every seat reclines, And also came with a rocker/recliner. So, after we changed the couch, I was worried the tables and the rug that we purchased weren't going to match the new furniture. So again I asked him If we could switch those out too. Without hesitation the gentleman said once again, that he just wanted us to be happy with the furniture we get, and to switch out whatever we wanted!! He gave us such a good deal, and such great customer service. He wound up delivering it the same day too, AND he was by himself!!! He literally did it all, and still WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE!!! YOU GUYS..... I AM NOT EXAGGERATING WHEN I SAY, "THIS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN SO LONG! This store deserves all the business it can possibly get! I know this is a very long review but I had to make sure and include every single detail of my experience because I was just overly pleased with the whole thing!
