That was on 9/6/2020, they did not respond to my following messages asking them if they received my last messages and asking if there were other appointments available. Once she knew who I was she said "I don't think I'm the right artist for you so I am going to refund your money through PayPal and also send you referrals to other artists in the area that can better accomodate you". I finally came around to making the appointment this past weekend and I'm so glad I did. I had an appointment with Makayla and she was wonderful. Walking into the Brow Edit was calm and relaxing. I loved the ladies at the front desk too, they were friendly and helpful. Makayla greeted me and took me back to the room and pulled up the questionnaire I filled out. I decided to deviate from previous brow looks from the past and opted for something more natural. She explained thoroughly how the process works at The Brow Edit and made sure to answer any questions I had. I also never had my brows mapped out before! When it was time for my appointment a few days later, because I was just about wolf like for my standards, I experienced the same chill easy going vibe walking in this time around too. Makayla had me lay down on the coolest chaise and she started mapping out a natural brow look for me. Once she was done she explained what I need to do moving forward to keep them looking great and to protect the newly waxed skin. I've already booked my maintenance appointment next month to keep the look going. I appreciate the professionalism here as well as the relaxing atmosphere.
