From the start, he was incredibly honest and communicative -- no surprise costs, no vague timelines. His team showed up when they said they would, kept the job site clean, and delivered top-quality craftsmanship in both the roofing and the deck work. The new roof looks fantastic and has already held up perfectly through a few Colorado Springs' summer storms. The deck is not only beautiful, but feels sturdy, well-built, and safe. Clearly done by professionals who take pride in their work. It's hard to find contractors who are this reliable, straightforward, and talented. I'll absolutely be calling Matt again for future projects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arise Building and Restoration to anyone looking for quality work done right. Thank you for making this such a smooth and stress-free experience!

The list of "small stuff" like changing out all my recessed lights to LED and installing new lights, is too long to add here. I also had another contractor team working on some other things at the same time as Stone Tree, and it was like Stone Tree was running circles around this other team. They got so much MORE done, in the same amount of time, and the quality and price was the same. Besides the quality of work, and the value, Radek is very responsive, ontime, does what he says he's going to do, doesn't argue at all, and it was obvious that he only cares about making sure we were happy.
