We were driving a ten year old Nissan Leaf, and in a bit of trouble. This was the only charger we…read morecould reach. When we arrived, car practically panicking from low battery, and there was an Ariya at the fast charger. A salesman looked, and there was a sign "customer car do not touch" sign, and it was 50%. We were directed to the Level 2 plug, and we relegated ourselves to sitting for an hour or two to get enough juice to continue. But ten minutes later a different guy came out and freed up the fast charger. We plugged in, and realized it was free! Full charge, and we were on our way. They took care of us, who has never given them a cent. That deserves Yelp stars.

I had test drove earlier in the day and they handed me an offer that was $26,000 or so. I asked…read moreabout the financing incentive and they misunderstood thinking I was talking about the federal tax credit. What I was talking about was that their website showed a deal where if I financed through them I would get an additional $8500 off. I tried to show them their own website, but they got really annoyed with that. I went home and applied online, called them and texted them the online application and the reference number. They thought I was trying to swindle them or something. I tried to show them my application and so did my brother the next day, but they were stuck thinking we were trying to double dip the federal tax incentive. They just needed to calm down for ten seconds and look at their own website and they could have understood I wasn't trying to swindle them. Edit: Just to add the Department of Revenue did warn Woodmen Nissan that what they did might have been a violation.

Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills 1565 Auto Mall Loop…read moreColorado Springs, Co 80920 While traveling to Colorado Springs in our Ford Transit van on I-70, we hit a rough patch in the road that triggered a steering warning light--and suddenly, we had no power steering. Our plan had been to spend the night in Colorado Springs and head back to Georgia the next day, so this was an unexpected and stressful situation. We went to Phil Long Ford and were immediately helped by Bailey Gifford, a Service Advisor who came out to meet us at the van. She brought us inside, helped us get everything checked in, and clearly explained the process. Although she mentioned that scheduled appointments are typically prioritized, she truly understood our situation and the urgency of our travel plans. Before we even left the service desk, Bailey reassured us that she would communicate our predicament to the technicians. That alone gave us a sense of relief. As we walked through the building toward our ride, my wife commented, "It's too bad we got a ride--this place is really nice!" And she was right. The facility is large, clean, bright, and very welcoming, with a comfortable seating area and spotless restrooms. It made a strong impression. Shortly after we dropped off the van, Bailey sent me a text letting me know I could reach her anytime during the service. We've never experienced that level of communication before. It may seem like a small gesture, but for a customer, it makes a huge difference. Being able to send a quick text instead of making a call is incredibly convenient and reassuring. A few hours later, I texted Bailey for an update. She promptly checked with the technician and responded that everything had been inspected and the van was ready--no additional services needed. We picked up the van just hours after dropping it off, and after driving a couple thousand miles since then, the power steering is working perfectly. We are now home after a beautiful trip. Thank you, Bailey Gifford, for your professionalism, kindness, and for helping us stay on schedule while giving us real peace of mind. And thank you to Phil Long Ford for employing such friendly and knowledgeable people. You've earned our trust and our recommendation.

Because of their delay, I've now incurred late fees and it has negatively impacted my credit...which is completely unacceptable. When you sell a vehicle to a dealership, paying off the loan promptly is a basic expectation...not something that drags on for weeks. I've followed up and have not received a resolution, and in the meantime, I'm the one dealing with the financial consequences of their inaction. I've sold many vehicles in my life and have never experienced anything like this. I strongly recommend NOT selling your vehicle to them.

I would recommend McClosky Truck Town and especially Patrick. They all really came through for me when my old truck was on its last leg. I've also received good service at their service center. When I was discussing my…read morepurchase, a 2019 Ram, I mentioned to my salesman, Colton, that exhaust leaks were common on 5.7's and I wanted that addressed. They warmed the truck up to hide the initial tick, I found out about it the following morning. When I brought it up, they said they would take care of me. They absolutely will not. So now, I'm out the down payment on the truck and a $1500-$2000 repair out the gate. This is something they should have addressed before showing the truck. Mike was the lead sales manager on the deal and he was extremely rude when I brought it up after the purchase. I would not recommend McCloskey to anyone, ever, they shouldn't have been open as long as they have been with the way they treat their customers. They represent the worst in the springs. I would give them negative stars if possible, they don't even deserve one. Don't purchase anything from them and get the word out. Don't fall for the BS their salesman will spew to get the deal. They do not care about the quality of their vehicles and will push off expensive repairs on you. Buyer beware.

I told them the problem which the technician verified and said should be covered in the warranty. His computer told him the solenoid's operating resistance was still within specs, but he didn't bother to pull and visually inspect or clean it (normally the first step in troubleshooting a VVT solenoid). He cleared the fault codes and recommended a $237 oil flush (not covered by warranty) that he thought may or may not keep the check engine light from coming back on before I got home (I declined). The $219 diagnostics charge (also not covered by warranty) apparently didn't include actually diagnosing the problem I took it in for, but it did enable them to tell me they would happily charge me to change my wipers and cabin air filter, and clean the battery terminals. They offered to look up the labor cost to pull the solenoid and inspect it, but since I've got a wrench and five minutes I figured at this point I'd make sure the job was done right and just do it myself. I've bought two vehicles from McCloskey and they will never get another cent of my money.
