There is no judgement - just support and encouragement! I decided to go here because I wanted to go with a small business - not affiliated to a hospital - but also have had many family members and friends go here over the years who had successful results and loved this group too! From day one - they took the time to understand my injury and goals. Nick put together a plan that I could tolerate based on my existing restrictions but enables me to see progress over the weeks (the much needed light at the end of the tunnel I needed to start to see). You have to put the work in and you will see results. That includes what you do at the facility as well as what they recommend to do at home and trackable via an app.

I cannot say enough great things about Ridgeview. Heather and Nicole are knowledgeable and caring…read moreprofessionals, who listen to you and tailor everything to your specific needs. I've been seeing them for 3 months following a major sports injury, then re-injury, and they are unlike any other PT I've been to. The practice is all individual treatment rooms surrounding the equipment and machine area, so it is very private for most of your appointment. Much of your time is spent with them doing hands-on techniques, and they switch it up depending upon what you need that day. Sounds pretty simple I know, but that's not how it always works at many physical therapy practices. You don't just go in and do your exercises and see the PT for five minutes at the end like a PT factory. Ridgeview truly cares about their patients, you can feel it and see it. My recovery would not be where it is without them.

I have learned so much about how my body works from a very patient kind staff. Dr. Colin helped me…read morelaugh through my back injury and went above and beyond for my healing. I couldn't walk my first appointment and by the end of an hour session of him working on my muscles, I could walk very slowly. By the the end of two weeks I was fine. I am 23, did every exercise, and went to him the day it happened-so all those factors play a part as well. A normal appointment was an hour or more of tests and stretches, where I received tons of personal attention. Now i'm part of the Dr. Steve program where for $10 a month, you can go back and use the gym as often as you want with the help of the aids. I try to go every other day or at least 3 times a week and am stronger and happier. At the gym I think I was doing exercises that were hurting my body or irrelevant to what i needed. I feel so much more in control of my body and my life, totally worth it. I know if I get injured in the future, how I can heal myself.
