Brilliant shop, really friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help…read more They fixed my smashed laptop screen in 30 mins from me walking in with no appointment! while all other shops said it would take a week plus. This is due to the fact they have stock of spares and screens while other shops need to order in each part meaning it was much less time consuming and less inconvenience caused. They also polished and cleaned my laptop before I picked it up. Reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. I will defiantly be coming back if i have any more issues with my laptop. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Fantastic service.

Everyone I spoke to at the shop was more than happy to help me with queries and questions, would not go anywhere else as I can trust Laptop & PC Doctor to provide a FLAWLESS service :). I would go as far as describing these guys as the ONLY professional computer repair shop in Glasgow and the West of Scotland.

Fantastic Service from Gregor. The temperature of my CPU has been around 65-85 degrees for as long…read moreas I can remember and as a result my fan was really noisy. Gregor took his time to take apart my custom laptop to determine the source of the heat which was caused by quite a few things. Gregor took this is in stride and was not phase when he noticed a few potential issues but instead focused on finding a pragmatic solution - which he did. My CPU is now running at 32 degrees and my laptop is quiet! Also worth noting that Gregor has a fantastic manner and made the whole process easy. Highly recommended

Since they are my local computer shop and repair centre, I have used Creative frequently, and find…read moretheir services can be variable. They do have a good reputation, and the actual repair department are very impressive, as are the sales team. I am not always entirely delighted with the quality of online support, though: they can be slow to reply, and it is always better to go into the shop. Their lower end computers are not that impressive: my laptop was cheap, but has never been quite as fast as my old desk top, even though it has more power. On the other hand, my desktop is still going strong after three years, and they are a good place for additional hardware. I'd certainly recommend them if you are close enough to make a trip back to get things sorted out, but I am not sure that I'd use them over the Internet.

Once home I discovered that the scarves length was fine and the bottom of the new length had been finished nicely BUT the width had simply been halved by cutting with scissors and the seam down the length of the scarf not finished off. Our newest artwork here in Kilmarnock, I went down to see it two days ago. Sandbed Street, beside…read morethe river in the town centre, used to be a bit of a mess but the council has now cleaned it up and started making other improvements. This striking mural is very eye-catching and is the work of Frank Carty of nearby Newmilns. The idea came from town centre manager, Fiona Nicolson, as part of the plans to regenerate the area. The four local heroes depicted are triathlete Gregor Grant of Kilmarnock, karate expert David Coulter (Knockintiber), swimmer Alan Jardine (Hurlford) and boccia player Jamie McCowan (Dundonald). All four men carried the Olympic torch through the town recently. It's certainly a huge improvement and I hope that more murals and other ways to make this old street, and indeed the whole area, more attractive, are in the pipeline.
