I stopped by to pick up some cheeses, and Tara was readily available to make great recommendations and suggestions! My favorite, Fromage d'Affinois was available, which was buttery and super creamy; I'd also picked up some Vacherousse d'Argental, another soft cheese, was creamy and had a nice little salty bite to it. To complement them both, I picked up some English biscuits as well as a recommended strawberry preserve, imported from France! There's nothing more aggravating to me than walking into an establishment that we spend money in and not even being acknowledged by the owners. There is another place here in town, which I will not name, that I purposely say hello to the owner when I walk in, and he will not even say hello let alone look up at me. it's all about customer service! If they don't have something you want, all you have to do is ask! Us as well of friends have asked for certain products and they are there before we know it. The other great thing about red light is that their hours are longer than any other place here in town. that might not sound much to Sam but when you are entertaining, I need to possibly head out for additional spirits. You can always count on them to be open! I would like to add to this family also owns other businesses in town. because of how personable they are, and what they do for our community, we will always patronize every business that they have!

The roast beef and turkey subs are made well and stuffed with meat. I appreciate that they put the toppings on the inside of the protein, I feel the distribution of the sandwich contents make the perfect bite each time. The sub rolls are soft and not too big. Keep in mind there is no seating or tables inside. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants both a meal and to stock up on weekend drinks in Rock Hall! We will be back!
