I have ordered from drama patrol a couple times and have had great experiences both times. Speedy shipping and great products. I accidentally ordered the wrong size in one of the shirts (my fault) and the owner was very friendly about it and sent me the right size that day, with him taking the loss of my mistake. Will definitely order and recommend for future purchases. They have cool shirt designs that are comfortable and affordable with awesome service! Thanks drama patrol! read more

Here's a breakdown of the experience: What Didn't Work Lead Quality & ROI: We ended up with just a handful of leads, all from very small businesses (3-person operations or less). The cost per lead was over $2,000 -- not viable by any standard. Expectations vs. Reality: While expectations may have been "set," the outcome fell short. Contract Terms: The cancellation clause is extremely unfavorable -- requiring a full calendar month's notice. This isn't client-friendly and creates friction at the end of an engagement. Offboarding Experience: Once we began the exit process, communication deteriorated quickly. Discussions around ending the contract turned tense and, frankly, uncomfortable. It didn't reflect the tone we started with. What Was Done Well Initial Communication: Early-stage communication was timely and structured, with clear documentation around deliverables and process. Final Thoughts This wasn't a malicious or dishonest operation, but it also wasn't a partnership that drove results for us. If you're considering working with them, make sure your expectations are firmly aligned, and that you're okay with paying through an additional month even if you cancel early. Not a fit for us, but maybe workable for others with different goals.

I use S & J, in spite of the fact that they are all the way across the country from me because: They are completely competitive in price with anyone -including the largest companies They pay attention to details -they recognize problems when they occur and fix them. I've had one large company print jackets WITH THE TEMPLATE LAYER STILL ON! 1000 CDs showed up with the word "TEMPLATE" on top of the art on the front! Are they even looking at these jobs? I can't imagine this type of error ever coming out of S&J. They actually look at the work and will question anything that looks odd to them. Personal attention -I deal with the owner, Jeff Fravela, who actually works on my jobs. He calls me when there's a problem and will work with me to make the job right. (Some of these big companies will make you reload all your files when all that has to be done is nudging an element over a pixel or a layer turned off) Jeff takes care of the simple stuff that I can't believe some of these other companies will throw back in my lap. I like dealing with a small, private/family-owned company I've done half a dozen CDs with S&J now and they are my go to shop. This company rocks.
