Custom tailored dress shirt. Never worn. Brought it in to be pressed before going to an event…read more They pressed creases into the front of the shirt. This happened on 2 shirts. They told me to take them home and iron it out. I did but the creases did not come out so I took them back the next day. The owner and manager got angry and rude yelling and telling me to leave the store when I asked them to fix the issue. After some discussion they said that if it was washed and pressed again the creases would come out and that I would have to pay for that. I refused to pay to fix their mistake and they asked me to leave again. They finally called the husband who agreed to wash and press the shirts again. I picked them up after the 2nd time and they were still creased. I asked if they had any other way to fix the situation. They said no. I asked that they would pay for the shirts so I could get replacements made. They said no. The manager refused to contact the owner who was out and knew I was picking up the items today. I don't like posting bad reviews for local shops but their mistake cost me a significant money and they were not willing to make it right. Worse they were rude and dismissive - horrible customer service. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

In fact, this is the the only place my husband wants to take his clothing to if something needs altering. The same goes for their dry cleaning. All of his suits and dress shirts are cleaned here and again the service and quality of work is excellent. I've gotten a couple of jeans shortened and you'd never know that they had to be altered because they do such a great job. To sum things up, we both highly recommend this business to anyone looking for friendly and professional service.

Let me preface this review by mentioning that I am in the 40+ age group and my mother has been…read moreworking in the corporate world since I was a child so I've been to many dry cleaners. As a child I went to the dry cleaners with my mother, as a teenager/adult I went to the dry cleaners for my mother. I even dated someone for a LONG time who worked at a dry cleaners (my mother loved that-lol). It has been a part of my life for so long that I feel I can make an educated comment on a good or bad dry cleaner. I try not to go to the dry cleaners that much anymore as I know dry cleaning is not the best for the environment but a lot of cleaners are trying their best to be aware and I know for sure that this dry cleaner is one of them. If they were not then I would not go there. I have to say that they have always been super polite, they have treated my clothes with care, and they have removed a few stains with ease. I had one leather jacket altered there and they did a great job that I will be bringing two other of my leather jackets there. Plus, they are not insanely overpriced. Everybody has different experiences but all of the experiences I've ever had there have been spot on perfect and personally I will continue to use them when in need. Again, I do not go to the dry cleaners all the time, but in emergency dry cleaning situations they are tops on my list.
