Turns out my water heater was 12 years old (I had just purchased my house). He recommended I replace it, but was never pushy. He gave me different brand options based on my financial situation. He also repaired my toilet that wasn't properly bolted to the floor. It turned out to be a more extensive repair than I had previously thought. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was on time, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost (plumbers can be expensive!) but I felt the service and time he spend was fairly priced! I will only be using Water Heaters and More from now on!

He explained we shouldn't be charged because he couldn't find any issue causing the backup, he was very courteous and honest. Then we get charged for the call because their office claimed they "found copious amounts of toilet tissue". The tech said the office wouldn't be happy with him not finding anything, so we believe their back office, Mike, was the one that falsified the claim. If we could give them a 0, we would. We have video evidence of the whole process and the negative findings of the claim.

The actual problem was fixed relatively easily (if you don't count them having to avoid boiling water)and even made the area look more organized than the previous piping, but it was the other stuff that really caught my attention. They caught a problem that I hadn't even known about. I'd had the problems from it but I thought it was something else entirely. And I'm so grateful because their fix made a huge difference. They also were able to explain our filter system to me, which likely saved us thousands. I was seriously close to giving up on it because every tech we called out didn't work on our system and/or only tried to sell us new ones. Four days later the exact same issue happened and they want to charge another $400(ish) to come diagnose and fix the problem because there are no warranties on backups, which they don't tell you beforehand.
