When I called on February 13th, I was told they would call back, but they never did. When my husband called again today, February 21st, he was rude and said the situation was "not an emergency". This issue has been affecting our entire house for over a month. Shower filter turned brown after few use, we are spending extra money trying to make the water usable, and we are now facing health concerns, including significant hair loss. For a hot water system issue marked as urgent, we expected professionalism, clear communication and faster action. It took me one minute to call the manufacturer and find my heater was not part of the recall. He did not reply to my texts, emails or answer my phone calls when I asked him to go and reconnect the heater. Some basic communication when he was on site would have avoided his mistake. Also a shame he is not willing to own his mistake and make it right. Now I have to go through the rigmarole of going through Consumer Affairs/VCAT to have my heater reconnected. Unprofessional, uncommunicative and not willing to own up to his mistake and rectify it.
