On 04/15, I spoke with Danielle regarding a rapidly increasing weed problem, with multiple types of weeds spreading throughout my lawn. She dismissed it as "normal." I explained that if this were truly normal, then my neighbors' lawns should have the same issue, but they do not. She then told me she would schedule someone to come out ASAP, most likely on Saturday, 04/18. No one showed up. Today, 04/20, I called again and was told they were doing the second round of treatments and that she would schedule me. When I reminded her that someone was supposed to come on Saturday, she immediately denied it and said, "We don't work on Saturdays." I was shocked by the dishonesty. I then asked why nothing had been scheduled after five days of waiting, and her response was completely absurd: "Because I have you scheduled ASAP, which means the next day, but to schedule you we need to do it 48 hours in advance." That explanation makes absolutely no sense. Five days later, I still have no appointment, while my lawn continues to deteriorate because this company has failed to do the job they were paid to do. To sum it up: if "ASAP" means waiting 5-10 days with no action, then I no longer want your service and I expect a full refund immediately.

One situation that really bothered me involved a friend who lost her husband just a few months ago. She was charged for a four-zone irrigation system but later discovered only three zones had been installed. When she tried contacting the company to have the issue addressed, she says they completely stopped responding. Unfortunately, she isn't the only one. Another neighbor experienced what he believes was improperly installed wiring that nearly caused a fire, and he also says his calls went unanswered. A third neighbor was left with an overloaded irrigation system and reports being ghosted as well. Customer service doesn't end once the check is cashed. If multiple customers are left with unresolved issues and can't even get a return phone call, that's a serious concern. I hope this company starts standing behind its work and treating customers with the respect they deserve.

BEWARE!! Eli and Blue Water Yard Service were contracted and paid to install a 7 zone irrigation…read moresystem with a 3 year "guarantee. Instead they cut corners and only installed 6 zones. There are irrigation pipes sticking out in my yard because they were not buried properly and my yard does not have full water coverage. When contacted about the issue Eli became defensive and then ignored all requests to have the issues resolved. After having to file a complaint with the SC Dept of Consumer Affairs, Eli finally responded and wanted to negotiate the amount he ripped me off. When told about the problems I was having with the work he did he responded "what do you want me to do"?
