We were greeted by Tim Dines, owner and baker. Tim told us that all the bread is sour dough. A fresh batch of assorted cookies also included a gluten free option. Today's scones were lemon blueberry and maple pecan. We purchased one of both and a loaf of Honey Oat Whole Wheat bread. There is no room for in store dining, and we couldn't wait, so we ate our scones outside. The scones are large with a fluffy inside. The lemon blueberry scone was a perfect blend of savory with a bit of sweetness from the blueberries. The maple pecan scone filled the car with the aroma of maple syrup. The scone was delicious. I'm craving another one as I write this. We had the bread when we got home. The crust was nice and chewy with a soft inside. It was the best whole wheat bread that I've had in a while. Tim also sells local honey and preserves. The shop is cute with a small town feel. There is free street parking in front of the shop. Baked has a Facebook page that tells customers what flavors are available for the day. I recommend checking the page before making the drive.

As for danish, cherry is super good, but all have been delicious so you can't go wrong. They are so light and flaky, with delicious filling. Another aspect that enhanced my time there was that the staff had a plethora of knowledge to share about the yaks, which I found very interesting. We also got to see the sheep and the pigs which were very friendly and adorable. We saw the nest for the purple martins and walked around the pond. They also had a food truck which my friend ordered a small charcuterie board from and we took inside to enjoy because it was pretty humid outside. There also some gifts along with yak yarn and alpaca yarn that you can purchase.
