This project was completed in a timely manner by this personable team of hard-working craftsmen. We were genuinely impressed by the quality of their accomplishment and could not be happier with our new patio. Please consider this a five out of five possible stars rating for Pacific Style. Again, a five-star crew, a timely accomplishment and a five-star end product! And all at a reasonable cost.

RT Total Lawn Care is a misnomer as they do a lot more than lawn care. They are a "we'll do…read moreanything" type of business. In my case, it was construction. I am very satisfied with their work and plan to contact them again for my next construction project. My project was to demolish and rebuild the external, entry stairs for my front porch and to demolish a large deck and build a balcony with staircase to replace it. I have attached pictures. The finished product was spot on to what he and I had discussed and was (most importantly) wife approved. Rafael serves as the foreman, and his crew of two performed the job. The project was completed in 4 days (more quickly than planned). They used excellent materials and recycled wood from the previous structures wherever possible and appropriate. I really appreciate his eye for sustainability. His crew was rarely idle and worked continuously without watching their cell phones. His bid was about 2/3s of the next lowest bid. My only criticism was that the job site was not cleaned completely (95% clean) and some tire mark damage to my lawn was not repaired. I discovered some of this after the crew had left. This is no big deal. Rafael is very particular about customer satisfaction and strives to make sure you are happy before final payment is made. If there is a problem, he assures you even after completion that he will return to make it right.

We have never reached out to this business or provided them with our contact information, yet they have been contacting my partner daily to push services. It appears they are actively scraping public government or property records to cold-call local residents. We keep blocking the phone numbers they use, but they just call right back from different lines to continue the daily harassment. Despite making it clear that we are not interested, the invasive disruptions do not stop. This behavior is predatory and incredibly unprofessional.

Santiago and his crew did an amazing job on my project! I had some drainage issues along the back of my yard and decided to have a French drain and raised bed around the perimeter of my yard. These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch. The end result looks awesome and I look forward to spending many nights in the back yard looking at how nice it is. The crew worked hard every day, showed up on time and were respectful of my property. Santiago did a great job putting the project together for me and I highly recommend him for all your landscaping needs.

We've worked with Eli Walton of Pioneer Tree Service and Landscaping for ten years, ever since we…read morepurchased our six-acre wooded property in Oak Harbor. As a certified arborist, Eli has been invaluable in helping us identify the trees on our land and understand what they need to stay healthy. He also pointed out several dead or declining trees that needed to be removed for safety--guidance that has kept our property both beautiful and secure. Eli is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. We have never felt rushed during a consultation. He takes the time to explain what he's seeing, answer questions, and make sure we fully understand our options. One example that stands out is when we asked him about two beautiful Japanese cedars at the entrance to our home. These trees tend to grow bulky and require annual pruning. Eli not only explained the proper approach but took the time to show us, step by step, how to prune them ourselves. He even recommended the exact tools we should purchase so we could maintain them safely and efficiently. We truly appreciated how freely he shared his expertise, especially knowing this was work we might handle on our own. His office staff is consistently professional and responsive, and the crew that comes to perform the work is always polite, efficient, and highly skilled. They represent Eli and his company extremely well. We highly recommend Eli Walton and Pioneer Tree Service and Landscaping for any tree-care or landscaping needs. They are first-rate in every respect.

I highly recommend Pioneer, and Eli in particular.

They don't weed or apply weed pre emergent and when they did weed (which was only once in 5 months) they pulled the portion above ground leaving the roots. I don't like the way they've pruned the shrubs in our community because they look too formal and unnatural since they obviously use an electric trimmer and round them into balls or into boxy shrubs. I wish our HOA would find someone more worth the money.

Their bid was about half of what we'd been offered by the other companies who came out and they actually recommended doing something different with the lawn than we'd been planning on which came out to be a lot cheaper and will make the yard look better longer. I was also impressed that they tried to be considerate of our neighbors who we share a driveway with. In order to access our yard they had to park right in front of our neighbors garage, blocking them in, so they pulled out all of their equipment and then moved their truck down the hill and out of the way. They got the job done quick, were happy to answer some questions I had over the phone the next day and were just generally very easy to work with.

Once the fence was done, they came quickly, on time, and the men working were extremely friendly. They gave us a paper with proper care instructions, and said if I had any questions, to let them know. The whole process, set up to clean up, took about an hour. They parked on the side of our driveway, not to block the garage. We are renovating, so our driveway gets blocked A LOT because other companies are not paying that close of attention. When they were done, they came to the door again and gave us extra seeds in case there were any weak spots, asked if I had any questions, then they were on their way. They smiled and said have a great day. It's so nice to start the morning with pleasant people like that!
