Hannah at Enlightened Baby is unbelievably knowledgeable about all things baby safety. As a Child…read morePassenger Safety Technician (CPST), she truly knows her stuff! She spent nearly three hours with us, answering our questions and helping us find the right car seat and stroller/bassinet combination for our family's needs. When we decided on a car seat model that wasn't even listed on their website yet, Hannah went above and beyond by creating a custom order so we could get it as soon as it became available. My wife has arthritis, so we had done a tremendous amount of research beforehand. Being able to actually see, touch, and test the different products in person made all the difference. There is simply no substitute for hands-on experience when making such an important purchase. We ultimately chose the Cybex Callisto T 360 car seat and the Silver Cross Cove 2 stroller with bassinet, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We also realized that Enlightened Baby carried many of the items on our baby registry. We ended up switching our registry purchases from major retailers to this wonderful small business. They offer delivery, warranties, and, most importantly, exceptional customer service. Supporting a local business while receiving such personalized care made the entire experience even more special. I can't recommend Enlightened Baby enough, especially if you're a first-time parent or want expert guidance on choosing the safest products for your family.
