This is purely a takeaway with no eat in area. For good quality fish and chips at a ood price they haven't let me down yet and if anything have improved over the last few months.

Upon first visiting the pub, I noticed an instantly friendly family atmosphere. The decor is all modern, with a lovely calming fish tank in the wall & local pictures such as the Donington Race Track. The pub has a restuarant attached to it, which I am yet to try. It looked very busy, with people waiting for a table which is always a good sign. The food smelt good as well! The drinks were at the going rate for the area, however I think it has a lot more to give than other local competition with wooden decking (along with spotlights) on the front which would be great to sit around in the summer.

Coffees and teas are all good prices and there's a large selection of cakes available. Wish I lived round here so I could come by for waffles or porridge for breakfast! Staff are very friendly too :)

I think this speaks a lot to its quality and authenticity in terms of chinese cantonese foods. They do both dim sum (think chinese style tapas/small plates served in the morning and brunch), as well as usual chinese dishes for dinner. Definitely recommend this to any person who actually appreciates real chinese food instead of westernized ones.
