I actually felt bad for him, and tried to help him as much as possible on the very cold evening. In the process of attempting to jack my car to remove the flat tire, he carelessly let the long metal tire jack strike my vehicle causing paint damage in two places. Also, he scratched up my chrome wheels (2), and actually advised me to call AAA to report the damage. He eventually gave up after two hours of effort, and arranged a tow to come get my jeep, from another company. The tow truck driver knew how to change a flat tire on a jeep, and had me on my way within 20 minutes. I couldn't have been more grateful. As a member of the armed services, my honest advice to anyone thinking of using this company is...do not at all costs. The technician caused around $1600 damage to my jeep, and they refused to compensate me, blaming me for even filing a claim. Also, AAA is not much help if companies such as this one, refuse to pay. Please seek business for vehicle assistance elsewhere.

I told the driver(Abe) where I was and he said he'd be there in five minutes. Also never happens. He got there in about 2 minutes and had my car unlocked about 4 minutes later. The speediness of service and Abe's ridiculously upbeat attitude made what could have been a miserable experience barely a pause in my day. I got into my car about 15 minutes after realized what I'd done, and had Abe there making it impossible to be frustrated anyway. Great service from Abe.
