You've got absolute top of the line equipment and machinery, 55" 4K Tv's mounted for you to watch in the chair, iPads to use for checking in; they've effectively reproduced the "Apple" customer service feel in a dental practice. Everything about the place is polished and premium. Having been to a few dental practices in Sydney, it's refreshing to see a place so well polished that isn't breaking your bank for going.

To make matters worse it is during the COVID 19 Pandemic and on Good Friday! We were desperate to find a dentist available as we could now see a lot of swelling raised up and over her tooth in front (which need to be lasted away for relief) it didn't look good at all. We found Emergency Dentist Sydney, they answered at right away and within 45min we had our daughter there. Dr Oberoi, the nurse and the receptionist were all so caring and reassuring, such a calm appointment that helped keep my daughter calm during the procedure. Thank you to you all there, we cannot thank you enough for being there for us and taking such good care of our daughter especially on a public holiday and during a Pandemic! The relief our daughter felt was huge, she kept asking me if I had written our review as she was extremely thankful for the relief in pain. Finally at 12AM my husband found Emergency Dentist Sydney and booked an appointment for me at 9AM the following morning, which happened to be Easter Sunday. I will admit I was very skeptical and nervous, but was in so much pain that I was willing to try anything. Well...I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Dr Oberoi was my knight in shining armour. He fixed my tooth in less than an hour, we were able to make it to Easter Sunday Mass and enjoyed the most wonderful day in Sydney.

They gave me lots of great advice on what works (and what isn't worth doing) for my teeth and gum health. - They also check out your gums (not just your teeth) which is key for a healthy mouf, and for keeping all your pearly whites. - Comfy chairs. - Clinic is fitted out with modern dental tech. Added bonus: They use digital radiography to scan your teeth (which means being exposed to much less radiation than the normal x-rays dentists often use). So, less of a chance that you'll grow a tail or go rampaging through Tokyo at some point (so maybe that's a con for some?). The surgery is very professional, and the service is polite and private. Once you enter you will be greeted by the scary looking surgical chair, and 3 good sized computer screens. The screens play what ever you want on YouTube, so if you prefer to be distracted by your favourite album playlist, or cat videos, it's your choice - I just wish someone would request dental fails, and see Dr Sharpe & Dr Penns reaction. Overall, they bulk bill on medicare, and they're very careful and chat through the operation in layman's terms for you, as you should know exactly what they're doing.
