I see Dr. Batton as she is by far the best doctor I've ever been too. The offices are pristine. Always clean. The wait time is 5-10 tops. I really enjoy how they have the doctors waiting rooms split up into pods. It's more efficient and helps the process move quickly. One of my favorite things about the office is they have a lab on site that contracts with most insurance so your lab work is extremely affordable with no hidden fees. Overall awesome facility and one stop shop for your healthcare needs!

They didn't code the visit as a wellness visit and coded as a meet and greet with a new doctor. This was despite me not requesting a change of primary care provider. The change was only necessary because the provider left McLeod. After I got bills from McLeod , I contacted them and they eventually corrected their own bill but they are refusing to contact labcorp with updated coding so that labcorp can correct their bill. I have spent too many hours of my time on the phone with blue cross and with labcorp and they both tell my it has to be the provider who initially ordered the blood draws that has to contact them in order for this to be corrected.

My husbands Urologist, Dr. Shore, sent a referral to Dr. Sherrill. It was marked top priority…read more Carolina Health Specialist Dr. Sherrill, had moved to a private practice so they just threw the referral away. When we hadn't heard anything we called them to check on it. They told us they hadn't gotten it. We then called Dr. Shore who ordered it and they resent it to them. Again they threw it away without telling anyone the situation. When we finally figured out what was happening and called Dr. Sherrell to schedule he can't get in until July. The whole thing is total negligence. They are risking my husbands life with it. Not a good experience by any means!

Dr. Lazar is the absolute worst. If you're looking for rheumatologist save yourself the headache…read moreand go somewhere else, even if it requires travel. This doc could care less about people his bedside manner is trash and I caught him in a lie. My first appointment I had paperwork from dermatology with a diagnosis he was not familiar with. I was forced by ortho a year later to go back to him and he had the nerve to tell me he knows all about that diagnosis he HAS IT TOO and it means nothing and has no significance. Guess he forgot about our convo one year before, well I sure didn't. He has no integrity and is arrogant. Dr Lazar is truly the WORST doctor I have met in very long time and I am so grateful I am finally healthy and don't have to rely on people like this for help. Disgusting experience. Signed, RN x 22!years who knows the system and knows what's acceptable and what is not in healthcare. Beware, steer clear of this office.

This review swings from 2,3-4 stars. Was supposed to have an appointment with Brooke Hager/Brooke…read moreSciortino today (Tuesday March 31st 2026) at 3PM. Made that appointment in January with the patient portal. Now lets just say that I have experienced bad experiences with other doctors and am knowledgeable and know what I want as a patient. I have specific goals and used the patient portal to share with them yesterday. For instance fasting blood draws once a year because in the past I felt like faint while the blood is drawn. Just saying that people around my age may also question doctors and their ways. Also maybe i am the only one who said to have this experience, at least i was open. Also stated to not mention the gynocologist because I had a bad experience at one. Got a call later on that day from cmc saying that Brooke felt like it wasn't a good fit. Now while 4 stars for telling me now. But 2 stars because "they recommend things that may help maintain your healthcare, and your healthcare is limited." To add, i moved from NY, and am very pro choice about what healthcare means to a patient. What I am saying is that just because a doctor recommends something, it is ultimately up to the patient to choose to take further action. Duly note that I also wrote a book about my bad experiences as well. It can mean that the patient goes to less doctors because they find it traumatizing. To the least I let them know prior to the appointment! To all the doctors-- you don't know if a patient had a bad experience before seeing you, It seemed like she didn't want to personalize healthcare based upon the patient. While I am happy that I was let know- i thought it was unprofessional that they canceled my appointment and was unable to honor it, as well as state that the other providers at this location didn't want to accommodate me. That's not right. Why not just try in person- maybe i'm not what you think! Not to mention that the wait for new patients right now- some doctors are until June! (luckily did find an appointment in May with another provider not at this location!) CMC postal way providers- why not personalize each and everyone's healthcare experience. The staff was nice and pleasant though. Despite that I don't recommend the providers or this location. Beware of here!

I drive over an hour to see Roxanne; and will continue to do so for the quality of care I receive…read more I don't feel like "just another number" there, I finally have found a provider that gives real answers and real results. The front desk receptionist Taylor, makes you feel like a life long friend. She takes the time to engage personally with you, does what ever she can to help you; and it's evident she truly cares. And then there's Kim. I LOVE this chick!! She is a great time, we always laugh and she makes you feel so comfortable when addressing your concerns. She's so relatable. Roxanne always makes you feel like her only patient of the day. She really takes the time to sit with you, listens to your concerns, answers your questions, and respects your medical decisions. I love that she doesn't push pills - she tries to go more holistic (and that's exactly what I was looking for). She truly puts you and your health first. Her recommendations have been life changing for me and my husband . I will continue to drive to see them; it's a family feel with real results. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. Job well done, guys!

I have now received a fancy worded email claiming to be a cease and desist. All because I posted…read morereviews and made a Better Business Bureau complaint. I also want to add that I have discussed in great detail my trauma from this office in my counseling sessions. Now I am receiving no caller ID calls. Roxann would like to speak but not to address my concerns because I never made a complaint. When someone has real medical trauma it is incredibly hard to function even harder to be my own advocate. I am no longer comfortable with the office. My partner can attest to how I felt after appointments. I want to start with I think Roxann is a great provider. And it saddens me that I now have to start over because of her office staff. I have very complex medical conditions and I require close monitoring, I am not the average patient. I had a routine surgery go wrong that led to me being permanently disabled. I have extremely severe pain that limits me mentally and physically. I had major surgery on 5/27/26 I have had nothing but complications since. It has exacerbated my pain to levels where I have to heavily medicate and I've been bed bound for the most part since. I only leave my house for medical appointments. And sometimes I simply cannot get out of my bed let alone get in a car and travel 40 minutes to an appointment. This is the first office that has mistreated me leaving me feeling completely uncomfortable. I've left Roxanns office a few times crying in my car because of how the staff has treated me. I never spoke up because I have real medical trauma. I just need to get what I need from my providers and go home. I try my best to communicate how unwell I am. I never ever get my calls returned. I'm often booked out further than I should be. This office just doesn't accommodate sick patients. I don't know if I'm being discriminated against due to my disability or due to race but I have never ever dealt with this level of "patient care" in my life. I had to reschedule 2 appointments with Roxann because again I couldn't drag myself out of bed. I literally haven't showered in a week, I'm losing weight rapidly because I can't eat I'm again in extreme pain. I get maybe 2-3 hours of sleep a night. I asked to speak to an office manager because yes I had to cancel same day I left a message day before they said I didn't okay. So I called same day and finally got someone in the phone she said I would be charged $30 no show. Sydney office manager calls me to explain I signed a no show agreement which I did at the start of my care there. I was told they have no record of my call the day before okay fine. So I have to be charged $30 for canceling last minute. So tell me if I'm fine 48 hours or 24 hours before my appointment no need to call to cancel. I don't control my pain I don't control my body if I physically can't get out of bed to take the 40 minute drive to Roxann's I have to cancel. Patient care is to waive fees on chronically ill patients. Like I said I do my best to communicate. If you can get past the staff she is a wonderful provider otherwise I truly do not recommend especially if you are a chronically ill person
