I first called True Vine on a day when I had nowhere else to turn. I was in 10/10 pain. After doing virtual reality boxing, I completely misaligned my lower back. Two discs shifted and were pinching nerves. I couldn't sit. I couldn't lay down. I couldn't move without excruciating pain. I was 28 years old and six months away from my wedding -- and I genuinely thought I might not even be able to have my first dance. Dr. Kevin was in Costa Rica at the time, but the staff immediately stepped in. Dr. Marisol was slammed, yet Tirsa -- by the grace of God -- got me in that same day and took my X-rays. I couldn't move even an inch in any direction. I couldn't extend my neck back at all. Little did I know, my life was about to change. After my first adjustment, I felt hope. The next day, my pain was 60% gone. Two days later, after another adjustment, I was 90% better. Within a week, I was 100% pain-free. Walking. Talking. Living. I was in complete awe and gratitude. But that wasn't even the scariest part of my journey. A few months later, I overdid it in yoga and created a misalignment between my rib cage and diaphragm. I developed intense chest pain and could barely breathe -- literally one second in, one second out. For someone who normally has strong lung capacity, that felt suffocating and terrifying. Not being able to breathe is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. Dr. Kevin adjusted me, and when it didn't immediately resolve, I did end up in the ER just to be safe. But the following Monday, I went straight back to True Vine. Dr. Kevin spent so much time with me -- explaining everything, working meticulously, adjusting thoroughly. He truly went above and beyond. After that second visit, I was 90% better. A few days later -- 100%. Breathing naturally. Freely. Fully. I was in tears. You cannot put a price on being able to breathe. And beyond those two major moments, my life has changed in ways I didn't expect: - My PCOS symptoms have healed. - My vision has improved. - My mood improved so much that I've been able to get off some medications. - My most recent X-rays show over 50% structural improvement. But what makes True Vine extraordinary isn't just the results -- it's the people. Tirsa greets everyone with love and light. Ashley makes you smile instantly. Mareanglie makes you feel confident and supported in your body. Dr. Marisol and Dr. Kevin lead with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. They started as doctors. They became friends. They are now family. If you're in pain -- call them. If you're not in pain -- call them. I have never felt more loved, cared for, and truly healed in my life. Some of that is genetics, some of that is my own work -- but a huge part of it is True Vine... and everything to God for leading me there.

Such a relief that there really are Doctors in this world who take the time to listen to their patients. I had been suffering with pain for 6 months in my neck and saw another Doctor with no relief. Within 2 visits at Treasure coast spine with Dr. Raftopoulos I went from 100% pain to 70%. Today was my fourth visit and I can easily say I am down to 50% pain and I know that it will be gone in a few more visits. I was in so much pain I really believe that needed surgery. Now I realize it was just a muscle spasm in my neck and Dr. Raftopoulos will have it fixed very soon.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, which immediately put me at ease. The office itself is clean, calming, and well-organized--creating a great first impression. Dr. Ella took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and provided a detailed explanation of what was causing my discomfort. I felt heard and understood, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable. She didn't just jump into treatment but first performed a thorough assessment looking at my x-rays to ensure she fully understood my needs. The adjustments were done with such care and precision. I've seen multiple chiropractors in the past (due to traveling and having issues since I was 17) but none have been as effective in both explaining and treating my specific issues. I could feel the difference after just one session, and over time, I've noticed significant improvements. I love the fact that she is using the alternative method as well the manual adjustments. Unfortunately I moved back to LA and I wish to find a chiropractor who uses both methods. If you're looking for a chiropractor who is professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to your well-being, I highly recommend Dr. Ella.

The person who checked me in at the desk was amazing also: under pressure, with many people coming in left and right, she was kind, upbeat, and thorough. Thank you! The waiting room is very nice and large. The furniture was comfortable enough but it could be arranged more spaciously- with less obstacles- for all the people who have trouble walking and getting up... considering it is an orthopaedic office. Unfortunately, there is a tv on the wall with advertisements or 'health info' videos that runs a very loud continuous loop of awful elevator music. It was so loud and frustrating that I asked the front desk if they could change it... and they cannot, as it is apparently controlled by a separate corporation. I cannot imagine how anyone could work in that office with that in the background. It is so disruptive that it was difficult to hear the people who were calling patients in! Also, when I called to make my initial appointment, I told them what I needed, and the person immediately tried to direct me towards a doctor that needed something for pain medication - which is something I am not looking for or need- and I was very confused. The person made an appointment for me with no further info. I called back the next week to find out how to get my records sent, and the person said I needed to bring in a physical CD. I ended up having to reschedule in order to wait to have the cd mailed to me so that I could bring it in. The first person you interact with as a potential client is important!
