Pros: 1) Debbie was great, she has a strong hands and very relaxing at the same time; 2) Quite and dark room with relaxing music; 3) appointment reminding via text; 4) nice receptionist; 5) free ice pack with check-in on Yelp :) Cons: 1) it wasn't 90-min massage, it was only 80 min massage. That's a false statement. Even you have 10 min consultation or whatever than put that it's 80-min massage and 10 min consultation/dressing up. read more

The receptionist Lexi is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I never got the massage as I was not called about my appointment and then lied to that she texted me. She also tried to double charge me, and would not allow me to talk to the Office Manager.She makes a poor first impression to this practice. This Dr. will not stop harassing me both on here and personally where he has been blocked. Does he have anything better to do? I have contacted an attorney. Yes I have given some poor reviews, that is my business! When someone deserves a good review I give it, See Mike's Auto Body, etc. JTown Computer, etc. I forgot your employee "Lexi"with not an ounce of phone etiquette or professionalism also told me that the practice is too busy to call everybody to remind them of their appointments! She never texted me, I have proof to remind me. It does not matter at this point. She said if I made another appointment I would be charged. I would never make an appointment after the way she spoke to me. Please for the final time, Dr. Quartell please find bigger fish to fry! Your staff messed up and that is YOUR responsibility!! They lost and will lose you customers if you continue to allow their behavior and let them work for you, like I said they give your practice the first impression! Dr. Quartell has been helping me with terrible lower back pain for over a month and I have improved tremendously. Every time I come in , everything is smooth from the short wait to checking out and rescheduling. They easily get me in for emergency appointments. I love this place and have been coming here on and off for years. I love the massage therapist, they are attentive and really work on catering the massage to meet your needs. Dr. David is great! I like the procedure of filling out a quick "body analysis" form so you can pinpoint areas of need. I feel it's much easier than trying to express in words what is going on (it hurts here...) He's aggressive with his adjustments, which I appreciate. He recommends things to do at home and explains in the simplest way possible what is going on (still in Doctor terminology but he seems to make it more understandable).
