In my past experiences, you don't always find that!!! Shelby did my teeth cleaning while I had the option of watching TV or listening to awesome music, not elevator music..... Dr. Solomon came in to check everything and I was good to go...... At check-out, the staff had already printed out services for that visit PLUS the schedule for the next visit, all I had to do was stand there and smile with my pearly whites!!!!! But ever since I have been in the hands and care of Heaton Dental, I leave feeling pampered and in NO PAIN whatsoever!!! Today however, I was in the hands of Ms. Kendall and she is nothing less than the epitome of dental professionalism. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to help. Also if you have anxiety, they are so accommodating. Part of the signing up process they ask you "are you usually nervous at the dentist?" And "what are some things that we can do to make the dentist easier for you?". One of the things I said is I just feel more comfortable with my husband in the room during operations, and now every time I go there they have a seat ready for him to sit and be near me. They also have TVs to watch while they work on you to distract you from what's going on. If you or your family has any type of anxiety or hesitation, I highly recommend them!!

When I finally saw a dentist, the numbing injections were so painful my eyes watered & I literally started raising up in the chair. He pulled the tooth, said "we're done", and walked out. Never even made eye contact with me! All the staff are focused on $, not on patient care. They are emotionless, devoid of feeling, and care nothing about the patients! They shove a portable card reader at you for payment & greet you with "your payment today will be $XXXX. I am still having trouble with swelling of lip on side of extraction, and it has been nearly a month since the procedure. I would NEVER recommend them or use their services again! They are nothing but a money hungry corporation. They have NOTHING in common with a dental practice! Stay away. far away!
