Recently I began receiving past due payment notifications from this organization for charges back when I first started with them. $59.00 charge for a new patient fee back in 2020 and then a $28.00 fee in 2024 because they repeated annual x-rays that had been paid for by insurance already in 2023. Is this really the fault of the patient or the fault of the company? And isn't there a statue of limitation of when a business can come back and try to charge a patient for a new patient charge? My insurance never received these charges so they never paid them. They did receive the double x-ray charges and ofcourse, they are not going to pay for duplicate X-ray charges. I called Fresh Dental and discovered that they have a new company that is cleaning up there books but this does not mean you screw your customers by adding on charges that your office made mistakes by not adding years ago. I do not recommend this office to anyone and ask everyone to be careful in selecting them to take care of your dental care. They can't even keep their books and insurance records in order.

They contacted my insurance company at the time and showed me an itemized list of what was covered and what wasn't. I paid my portion in full at the time I had the work done. I have been in 2 times since then for check ups. Not once did anyone mention anything about owing money. Then out of the blue earlier this year I get a bill. When I inquired about this, they said it was for the crowns I had done back in 2024 and a claim that my insurance denied. I checked all my claims and I have paid everything that my insurance company said I owed. When I tried to ask for exactly what claim they were talking about, they said they would just try resubmitting the claim and would not provide me with any information as to what it was for. It has been way over a month since I last talked to them and I have not heard a word for them, but if I look at the bill they sent me back in February, it still is showing that I owe. I haven't received another bill since I last talked to them though, so I have no clue what is going on. I would call them again, but I have already spent countless hours on this and I never get anywhere with them. How can they tell you for 2 years that you don't owe anything and then send you a bill 2 years later. Just a warning, if you go here, double check everything. This has been an absolute nightmare!

The X-Ray experience was simple and and straight forward using the latest equipment. Dr. Allgeier was outstanding! He reviewed the 3-D X-Rays with me and explained the findings in easy to understand terms. He welcomed my input on treatment options and together we came up with a plan that was appropriate for me. Horrible from door to door! No wonder they won't give you the price of replacement dentures on the…read morephone - they force you to come in for a "$100 special" exam, then when they tell you their denture prices are fully twice as much as other dentists they still get your $100. First, they are 3-4 people lounging around the front desk, but you have to check in at the kiosk. It took 10 minutes of watching the little graphic spin for the kiosk to tell me I didn't have an appointment, please see front desk. The loungers at the front desk were incredibly put out that I bothered them. I'm certain they elected the rudest one to ask me what I wanted. While I waited beyond my appointment time, it was easy to see through the open door that they keep several more loungers in the back - no wonder their prices are double, they have to pay a LOT of people to stand around. I tried to ask why their dentures were twice as much as others, the only answer they had was "inflation". I was bold enough to state that the other guys have inflation, too, but that only caused her to huff and tell me, "well that's our price" very rudely. Save your "$100 special" and go see any other dentist if its time to replace your dentures.
