Ali told me that he would charge me a fee of $55.00 if he could recover any of the data. He said he would call me in a day or so, but he did not call at all. I called him after 3 days. Unfortunately, he could not recover anything, so there was no charge. The next day, I bought a used phone on Kijiji and took it to this phone clinic to get unblocked. Ali said he could do it in about 2 days. After 3 days, he called to say it was ready. He made sure my phone was working properly before I left. He sold me a case for the phone for $10.00. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they forgot to call the day it was repaired. I ended up calling them to enquire about the repair, which was two days after it was repaired. Wilson seemed like a very honest, straight forward businessman with a lot of experience. The prices here are unbeatable and the workmanship is outstanding. Owner operated. We chatted for a few minutes when I picked up my phone about the cost of replacing screens of various incarnations of the iPhone. I was surprised to learn how much it can vary. I'm glad mine was on the lower end. Wilson even graciously honoured the mention Yelp discount, despite his already reasonable prices. I hope I don't break my screen again anytime soon, but if I did (or needed any after warranty service) I wouldn't hesitate to return here. 5/5 P.S. - I had trouble finding his hours, so I've added them here to save everyone else the trouble.

This is my third time getting fixes for my older iphone at this business…read more Several years ago, my battery needed replacing. I was nervous about not using an Apple battery but i didn't want to pay their price for an older phone. The owner is extremely fair, and polite. My battery was done in a half hour, and worked like a charm for several years. A few weeks ago, i needed another battery replacement, and the same owner had it taken care of in a half hour. Then, unfortunately, a week ago i dropped my phone, and the pixels and screen were wrecked. After researching a fair price elsewhere, i went back to fastfix and within 40 minutes i had a like new phone. Don't hesitate to get mobile repairs here! I researched going online and ordering the parts, as I can get installation done at home, but after coming to this business twice in the past, I have seen that he does the right job. I won't have to worry that something won't work after a few weeks... His prices are excellent, and his attitude seems to be that he cares a lot about doing good work. I plan on buying a newer phone at the end of the year and i won't hesitate to return to this business when i need any repairs!

You go in the front door and straight up a rather steep flight of stairs, where you'll find a couple of counters and phone accessory displays. One lone guy was working that Sunday but he was happy to help. I have an iPhone 6S which is a few years old now, but they nonetheless had different colours of replacement screen in stock, and he quoted me a great price to do the replacement. Unfortunately he'd injured his wrist recently so said he'd take a little longer than normal, but I left the phone with him for an hour and went to do some shopping over on Gateway and it was all done by the time I came back. Super helpful and friendly service, good prices, and they seem to keep a good stock selection of spare screens too. He even threw in a tempered glass protector for free. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone needing replacement phone glass, and although I hope I won't need another replacement any time soon, I'll certainly go back if I do need a new screen again.
