Other medical practices should take note of the way Bonte Medical operates, and by all means implement their practices for the betterment of their patients. I was instructed that I needed to follow their protocols, surgery or PT before I can continue treatment (acupuncture). That is in other words telling me what to do with my body and not what I know is good for my body. This left a real bad taste in my mouth. I would have never thought that a "wellness and pain" place would tell me how to manage my pain and what I'm comfortable with especially that I have been progressing slowly in the positive direction. The PA was only doing her job but who is she and Dr. Molina too, to tell me what is working for me??? In conclusion, I recommend DEWEY, but if their dictation or suggestions are not taken, they cut services off to you. Completely unacceptable especially when you're there to feel well and painless!
