I have had a very good experience there, but also had to see another doctor when mine wasn't available and I found that person very abrupt and uninterested. The point is: there are quality doctors at this surgery. If the one assigned to you doesn't work for you, simply ask for another. In general, staff are very helpful and professional, appointments are quick to get too.

All GPs are friendly, especially Dr Essa who always has a smile on his face. The surgery is located just a stone's throw from the Oracle shopping centre in the town centre of Reading. it is arranged over 3 floors. I am happy with the service i get from this surgery. Especially for my son, who is a toddler and always gets an appointment squeezed in even if they are fully booked if we are worried about his health.
