The restaurant offers a very quaint and intimate atmosphere which is a quality that I definitely…read morelike. I ordered the chicken vindaloo, rice, cheese naan and a bottle of still water. For me the chicken vindaloo was seasoned just right, which is a moderate spice level but not over-the-top. The rice was pretty standard and the cheese naan was also cooked just right without the bottom being burnt. I thought the service was great and friendly. I was promptly seated and given a menu. It only took about 10 minutes from when I ordered for my food to be delivered. Overall I was very happy with my experience and look forward to eating here again the next time I'm in town.

Do go here if you want overpriced Indian food that feels as if it has been prepared half-heartedly…read morewith a generous amount of oil used to disguise the fact that the meat is tough, the vegetables are stale and the rotis/ naan bread comes pre-packaged and not freshly made. The only reason we went here was because of the 2 vegetarian eaters in our party of 5 and we couldn't find anything around that they were interested in and at least with Indian, there are always plenty of veg options. Service was nice and quick but pity the food was such a let down. We got onion bhaji (€5.95) and vegetable samosa (€5.50) to start with. Bhaji was decent but samosa tasted like vegetables had experienced freezer burn. Tandoori mix grill (€18.95) had none of the normal juiciness - tasted like eating tough old meat and also encountered weird meat cuts. Chicken Kerala (€16.50) was another let-down with bitterness overwhelming the chicken flavours. Paneer makhani (€8.90) tasted so much of cream and the bhindi bhaji (€8.50) had stale okra. The total came to about €86 including drinks and naan bread so wasn't a cheap meal but the taste left behind in both mouth and wallet sure was unpleasant. Will not be back and will not recommend.
