Yesterday, i was running late due to traffic and rang to advise same. The response was you need to rebook. I suggested they take the next appointment in & I'd follow after that - same patients, same number of appointments, just a swap. As it turned out they'd overbooked and this was the perfect out for them, cancel this appointment. It's disappointing that there is no care factor here for the animals, we have an appointment for a reason. Do yourself and your pets a favour and find a vet surgery that genuinely cares about your pets and their owners, and respects that a little flexibility is good for business - it goes both ways.

My dog had a horrendous night and he died a pretty horrendous death two hours prior to his x-ray appointment. I don't know how these people get off but I don't find this particularly funny that you need to make up lies mister. The conversation has been recorded and you are being heard as saying that half your staff haven't been properly trained in diagnostics....that makes me feel pretty worried. Your attitude is what has made me decide to take this further. I might add that my dog was prescribed antibiotics for respiratory distress and a known murmur and every time I made an appointment to discuss an issue, it was cancelled but this guy states there's no such records of there being an appointment made....now your bloke rang me and encouraged me to make an appt even though I was there the day before. Minutes later appt was cancelled.....he said to see how these stupid antibiotics fare and if my dog is still eating, walking around...it's all good. You lot couldn't run a damn sushi shop and trust me....this is going further! My dog may have had stage four but you lot didn't want to know....I was prepared for the worst and I was prepared to pay but you lot just don't want to listen or care. Please.....beware of these people if your dog is sick, they don't have a clue. Good for clipping nails and anal glands but be careful if your dog is actually sick.

MASSIVE SURGERY FAIL COST ME THOUSANDS!!!! I brought my cat…read morehere because he needed to get knee surgery. Dr. Ritchie gave me a quote cheaper than other places and assured me that he had done this surgery. What he did not mention was he had not performed this on a cat before. After many weeks of paying Grange vet for check-ups, when it was finished, my cat could no longer even limp and the Dr. mentioned that he could euthanise the cat, as any further surgery would not work and my cat would never walk without sever pain again. I later found out that he had drilled a placement pin THROUGH the bone, not just into it, which was obviously a mistake that contributed to this. I then went to a specialist vet that cost me double what the initial surgery did, however he managed to fix what I was told could not be fixed, and I also found out that Dr. Ritchie refers patients to the specialist normally when he is out of his depth. At least my cat is back to his happy self and mobile again. When asked, Dr. Ritchie refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on his part, and now I have to take him to court to get the thousands of dollars back from his egregious malpractice.

Sunday closed returned Monday morning to remove bandage and asses wounds. anti biotics should have been stronger nurse said. head nurse assessed the kitten and with extremely poor results.. suggested hospital stay at $1200 per day with no end in site and no guarantees of full recovery. kitten was euthanised bad outcome. not happy
