Her and her staff are very thorough and provide high quality care. When my beloved dog, Smokey, was old and very ill it was so hard to say good bye. Afterwards, she sent me a beautiful card with his paw prints on it. It was so touching! Shortly after, she got to meet the newest addition to our family, Smokey Jr. She has been taking care of him every since. We love Dr. Greene!

He's so intuitive it's mind boggling. Dr Cogley is only the second vet that we have ever trusted and returned to (and he's in 1st place by far!), this is having pets all our lives, trying different vets all those years, that's saying a lot. He has treated our pets from puppy through all phases of their lives including the odd and unusual diagnosis. Doc and his interesting C-Arm machine together have diagnosed problems some specialists were unable to find. All this and Dr Cogley and Staff are kind and caring. Long story short - I had my 1 vet recommend 3 teeth extractions and 1 vet recommended against pulling my dogs teeth bc of risk of breaking her jaw. So I jumped through the hoops of getting a referral from our normal vet to get an appointment here to get a specialist to be the tie breaker as to whether extracting more teeth was necessary. I told the office this story and why i was visiting - to get an opinion whether the teeth need to be pulled and if they needed it, my dog would undergo the procedure that day. I saw the specialist, who was very wonderful & obviously knowledgeable but he told me he couldnt tell of the teeth needed to be pulled until she was under all the drugs and he did a cleaning. Well, if I had known he couldn't make a decision until after starting the procedure & incurring the half of the $2500 estimate then I wouldn't have made an appointment. So I would have needed to spend $1000 for a teeth cleaning and the sedation drugs just to tell me whether or not extractions were needed. I wish the office had been upfront about the limitations of what the vet could determine with a physical exam. And when I asked TWICE before the appointment about the cost range of the procedure I was told "the doctor will let you know the cost when you get here." That isn't acceptable. Someone could at least say, extractions procedures run $2000 and up or range from $1000-$2500 rather than hide it from you until you're in the office. I would really rather use an expert like this business and I expected to pay double the cost of a normal vet bc of the specialty practice but paying 4x-5x more than a normal vet & UF's Vet Hospital is not workable. It is a drive but I can get a specialist at UF and pay a quarter of this charge.
