Dr Lo, Mrs Lo, colleague Dr Wong and staff speak fluent English as well as Chinese dialects. Appointments are not mandatory but are advised. If you let them know who your health insurer is they can add the relevant provider number to your receipt for claims. On a personal note Dr Lo has helped me with conditions that Western science have yet to have treatments for. I am grateful to him for giving me my life back when others have said there was nothing in the textbooks that could help me.
