I kept telling him I was in pain and he was ignoring me. I had to stop him to tell him I was in pain. He gave me another shot under the upper lip and then a VERY PAINFUL shot behind my teeth. He never bothered to even try to numb that spot. The receptionist condescendingly called me "hun." Everyone speed talks and it has a chop-shop vibe. They are more interested in turning over chairs than the comfort of their patients. I will never go back there.

He didn't cover my body or my face during it, they don't use oxygen to breathe instead of mercury vapor, it was just a mess of incompetence and this grudging attitude. A few months later I called and requested my records and X-rays be sent to a new dentist. For some reason the receptionist was nasty and I could tell she wasn't going to do it. I called many times, but they never sent them - so I had to once again have unnecessary xrays retaken.
