They insisted that we did not schedule it when I know we did, & I had it written down! I then was told the doctor is only in Wed & Fri now.... so since the doctor changed his schedule, our appt was deleted and we were NEVER contacted!!!!! I've been in the Customer Service industry for 20+ yrs & this is outright unacceptable!!!!!!! Not only did you NOT call us to reschedule, you DELETED the appt making it seem as if we NEVER even made it!!! Not only have you lost a new client, you've lost 2 regulars too & I can guarantee i will advise all NOT to schedule with your business!!!!!!!
