So glad I found Dr Garg. I have been through several pain management clinics. He's actually trying to help me.

Horrible! Terrible! Do not go here! I had a really bad fall, and was seen at this practice…read more First, a lot of people with ortho problems would like easy access to the front door. No, the parking lot was not even on the same side as the front door. So I hobbled in with my boyfriend. The provider had me do an x-ray, and she didn't see a fracture so she ordered an MRI. So, I was told I needed a boot and crutches, neither of which they provided because they said my insurance wouldn't cover it. So they sent me across town, when actually I had to pay out of pocket anyway, and didn't need to have made that drive. I have a huge deductible, so though I didn't want an MRI, I had it done. Well, the lady at the front desk gave me all kinds of attitude Because I scheduled the MRI on my own. I had waited all day for them to call me back like they said they would and they had not so I went ahead and took the initiative to schedule myself. She did not like the fact I did that. So I go get the MRI and am waiting on Them to call me with the report. I never received the call so I went ahead and picked up the report myself. It showed a fracture so I called their office to have someone call me about the next step. A day later someone called me and said that as long as I had no pain I could walk in the boot. The provider I actually saw the next day contraindicated that statement and said I needed to be on the crutches. I was then told by a patient of mine that I needed to be wearing the boot when I sleep. So I had to call their office and ask them and sure enough they said yes but had never told me that at my appointment. Then I saw another person with the same boot on who had a handicapped sticker for the car. I asked her how she received that and she said well the doctors office should have given that to you. I said no, they did not even offer that to me. So at this point I do not trust the provider I saw or the care I have received. I took my x-ray and went to another orthopedic place where I was told the x-ray was so poor that my fracture did not show. I could have saved a lot of time and trouble and money had I not had to get that MRI done. Plus he said my symptoms were consistent with a fracture. I am incredibly upset at the care I received at this place and would definitely warn anyone of going here for any issue, because they truly don't have good service or care! There are too many choices to be stuck with this one.
