He actually listens to all of my concerns about my health and asks additional questions regarding them. He listens to me because I know my body. I'm a nurse so I know medication. We work together to come up with a treatment plan. If he suggests a medication I'm not comfortable with taking he comes up with another option. I have only been there, so far, three times, and I think I have a way to go before I see results, but I'm willing because I'm at my wits end. He gives me treatment, and coaches me In Physical Therapy that I do at home. Dr Russell has NOT been pushy in the least about diet or supplements. This contradicts what someone else wrote, but he had not even mentioned these things. I have ASKED myself once or twice, but the Dr or staff did NOT push or pursue in any way.
