I used Steve for over a year and always thanked him for his service and paid his invoices on the day of receipt. I recently sent Steve a polite and well-intended message to query the timing of his visits and to ask if he could visit a little later in the day in-order to break the day up for our dog and I was very shocked at the way in which he responded! Steve was very hostile and argumentative stating that out of all his customers I am the only one who has requested him to visit at a specific time (I asked him to aim for around 1:30-2:30pm) he was extremely rude and blocked me on Facebook messenger leaving me unable to reply or discuss the matter any further.
