Elite kept me well informed and even recommended me an amazing oral surgeon when I was having trouble finding one that worked with my insurance. The office is clean and has a section for all your braces needs like wax, floss, toothbrushes, etc. there are also three sinks where you can brush and floss before getting your braces tightened. Every visit felt efficient and fast. The techs who tightened my braces were always professional and gentle. Special shoutout to Ashley who always was so friendly anytime she tightened my braces. I saw both Dr Ehsani and Dr Sabet and they were both phenomenal throughout my treatment before and after surgery. The front desk was always responsive and answered all my silly questions via text message. I can't stress how friendly everyone is in the office!! Everyone on the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. It was super convenient and safe staying in the Quartz Hotel next door. It was well worth the trip! I have just a few nits that don't affect my five-star rating. 1. They could be a little more upfront about the time the procedures will take. I was told two hours on the first day and one hour on the second day. It was more like six hours on the first day, and five on the second. But I'd rather they do the job right than rush. 2. The office is a bit tight on space. It would be nice if they had more room. But rent probably doesn't come cheap in that new office building. 3. It's nice that they have TVs on the ceiling you can watch during procedures. They play house music, and the lyrics scroll on the screen. But they need to be more careful about the music choices. There was one song with lyrics about as filthy as you can imagine. I'm no prude, but I don't want to hear and see the f-word multiple times when I'm having dental work done. Unfortunately, the actual filling work done by the dentist was very poor. Issues I experienced: 1. The filling chipped and fell off within the first week, in three separate pieces. 2. The contact point between the repaired molar and adjacent tooth was incorrect floss passes straight through with no resistance, creating a gap that was not there before. 3. There was excess filling material left on the outside of the tooth. 4. During bite adjustment, the dentist ground down not only the filling but my actual molar and the neighboring teeth, even though the bite was still off. At this point, the tooth is worse than when I came in. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the restorative work and would not feel comfortable having this dentist perform fillings again. I hope X Dentistry reviews this case and takes appropriate action or provides additional training, as I would not want another patient to go through a similar experience.

My first thought was I am going to Dr. Sergio and see what he says, I got in touch with him, but found out that he was working elsewhere and he recommended coming to his clinic and to see Dr. Erick. As stated in my previous review I am a huge dental coward and find it difficult to trust a new dentist. I trusted Dr. Sergio enough to give Dr. Erick a chance and I am so happy I did. Dr. Erick is the absolute best, I didn't tell him that I had, just been seen by another dentist, but instead scheduled a deep cleaning and consultation. When Dr. Erick finished X-rays, cleaning, and examining me, he did identify two crowns that I thought would need to be replaced and that was all the work that needed to be done. Dr. Erick immediately started on the preparation work for the crowns and the permanent crowns were placed one week later. Seriously one of the best dental experiences of my life. Dr. Erick is very knowledgeable and experienced and shows great concern and kindness for his patients. This dental clinic exhibits the highest standards of care and concern and hygiene. I highly endorse them and will be going to Dr. Erick exclusively.

Both my wife and I have been very happy patients of the Tijuana Clinic For Cosmetic Dentistry for…read morenearly 4 years. Dr. Baker and her staff are extremely competent, caring, and make you feel as much like family as respected patients. We have had cleanings, crowns, and a dental implant while under Dr. Baker's care. Everyone is bilingual and access from the border is quite easy with their driver service. Manny, their driver, is friendly, and always there when you are ready to be picked up or returned to the border. With the new southern border crossing point your walk is quite short to the pickup point. And of course, costs are anywhere from 30-50% less than is typically found in the States. Insurance is accepted. And in our case, Delta Dental, reimbursement is quite easy when submitting and out of network claim form. There are lot's of choices for dentists in Tijuana. Some will provide lower costs, other's not. We are quite happy with out decision and look forward to many more years as patients.
