I have had treatments for shoulder and neck pain and can honestly say the effects were instantaneous. My young niece had severe constipation when she was just a few months old and was prescribed suppositories by her GP but understandably, her parents wanted to at least try an alternative before using them. Within 24hrs of Sheila massaging her feet in various spots, the little lass opened her bowels with a vengeance and created havoc in my brothers household!! Sheila's referrals tend to be via word of mouth although she has established a considerable amount of regular customers for treatment. As well as Reflexology, she provides other forms of alternative therapy treatments such as massages, healing etc. She will see people at her own home and in a specially adapted treatment room or will visit and treat people at home. Not sure exactly what the qualifications are but know she undertakes continuous training and refresher courses for the treatments she carries out and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (voluntary register for UK alternative therapists) What I like about Sheila is that she is not the sort of therapist that will tell you everything can be solved by reflexology and if you are suffering from prolonged or severe symptoms, she will advise you to seek medical attention and emphasises that her treatments compliment conventional medicine. I'm still none the wiser as to how Reflexology actually works or why but can't argue with the fact it works!

After a session with Lucy Lui at 7&7 Herbs & Acupuncture I was able to enjoy the 4 mile walk around The Great Orme at Llandudno - which REALLY made my holiday complete. Felt 20 years younger afterwards! *The first session will include a consultation and I feel I should mention that this in itself took nearly an hour before we even started the treatment! However I was told that this will only be on the first visit to discover any background information that may be needed so next time, which I have already booked, should be straight to the treatment.

He has worked for main years in China in mainstream hospital provided these services. His skill in reflexology is outstanding, able to give really accurate diagnoses after one treatment with no information gathered (brilliant). He has provided services for my family since coming to Newton le willows. He was a god send giving me treatment after a bad motorcycle accident. From what i understand now Chinese medicine can treat conditions overlooked by GPs. I now go for regular treatments has a preventative measure. Your basic currency is your health, no health no work no money. So having treatment is a definate investment.
