Excellent choice out of all the dentists in the area. I used a few doctors, but Dr. Martha Parra…read moredid my temporary and permanent crowns. She is so gentle. No pain. All the doctors here take very good care of all the patients. People from all over come here. Even children getting braces. My entire family comes here now. You are treated better here than in the US, plus it's affordable.

My wife and I came to Dental Solutions Algodones about a month and a half ago. We had gone to our…read moreusual dentist here in AZ and they stated we needed approximately $8k in treatments between the two of us. I had seen a program about 3 months prior that talked about the high quality of dental care available at the "Molar City" in Mexico (aka Los Algodones). Remembering that show, I did a bit of research online and decided that Dental Solutions would be our clinic of choice, and I'm so glad I made that decision. First off, getting there from the Phoenix area was relatively easy. Just like taking a trip to Yuma. The border crossing was a very smooth and easy process and once on the other side we called a number gives to us by the clinic and were picked up in their shuttle car by a friendly and personable driver. In reality, the clinic is walking distance from the border (about 4 blocks) and we actually walked back, but the shuttle was a nice option as well. The clinic itself is a newer 3-story building, well constructed and designed. It had the same quality of design and feel as our regular dentists' office in upscale Scottsdale. The front desk staff was friendly and the check-in process was rather simple and straight-forward. In minutes after check in my wife and I both headed back separately and were examined and evaluated by the staff. Everyone spoke clear English and they confirmed what work needed to be done. The cost for all the work that was suggested was approximately 25% of what we we were quoted by our US dentist, and even with adding Zoom whitening it was still drastically less than what we would pay in the states. A big positive was that they freely accepted IS credit cards including Amex, which showed me that they have confidence in the work they provide given the patients power to dispute with cards. Once we had our procedures it went very smooth.. The dentist and dental techs involved were friendly and communicative and did a great job. All the equipment was new and state-of-the-art--again feeling no different than our Scottsdale dental experiences. A month and a half after doing work and everything feels great. Our teeth are healthy and white. We will be going back in September and bringing our teenage kids as well. As an added bonus, the city of Algodones is quaint and charming and we enjoyed a nice lunch and some shopping afterwards. If you need major dental work don't pay insane prices just because you live in the US--I'd strongly suggest you give Dental Solutions a call. You'll get great care and service at a price that is affordable without sacrificing quality of care.

I was impressed with their equipment and they even picked me up in Yuma on the day of my procedure. I am recommending them to all my family. Oh, I forgot to mention the price, it wasn't the great deal everyone leads you to believe but it was a good deal.

I was referred to this outfit by a close buddy of mine whom had some extensive dental work done…read moresome years back, loved their work, and highly recommended them. Being that my original front bridge that lasted around a decade recently finally gave out, I needed a new replacement in short time. I was sold on the idea that going to this place/Mexico would be the "cheaper" and potentially better quality option than having it done locally. Within a couple weeks, I made an appointment and lodged at a nearby hotel in Yuma. The outfit supplied the transpo to and from across the border which was nice. The other option is to drive yourself to the parking area just before the border and walk over. This place is pretty close. The office is small with just over a half dozen chairs inside. Luckily, the first day wasn't busy and business was swift. However, the 2nd/last day...chaotic. This place can fill up in like 2 seconds (ok, 5 secs) which can turn this little box of a place into a standing room only. At least the outfit was clean. At any rate, spoke with one of the main people there (I believe Arturo) whom suggested basically the same procedure as my local dentist in Las Vegas recommended but.... turns out he quotes me the same price as I would have done it locally. I was dumb-founded. Being that I had vested time, money, and lodging, I decided to go through with it anyway. The experience through this journey for me was like a roller coaster. I initially thought the owner guy that quoted the price/service was performing the work....nope. It ended up being one of his standby workers whom I originally thought were just assistants. Apparently, they are DDS's! I won't lie, had moments of hesitation throughout and questioned some life choices since the process had already started. During all this, they had a CO2 sensor that kept beeping every 30 secs or so during both days I was there which was extremely annoying. Seriously, thousands of dollars is going through this outfit probably everyday and they cannot manage a couple bucks to replace the battery? I even brought it up, they simply laughed. Fair enough, I guess. Despite all the nervousness and apprehension, things thankfully turned out fine. The setting of the bridge originally felt a little off but after a couple days of using it, it got better. I forgot her name (getting old) but she did a decent job. Personally, this place is fine. The people there are super friendly, just don't expect any hand-holding. Thick skin is required with a lot of trust! Don't believe the hype that going to places like this in Mexico is the better option, financially. It isn't. In fact, I ended up paying MORE with lodging and gas. Do your research and due diligence before committing. Oh, yeah, they do warranty their work for 3 years. Put 4 stars but should be around 3.5 generously. Good luck!

I had a very positive experience at Supreme Dental and would recommend them to anyone seeking a…read morehigh quality, lower-cost alternative to major dental work in the US. I had waged a losing battle with periodontal disease for 30 years. When it came time for me to consider a full mouth restoration, I did a great deal of on-line research, comparing the credentials, reviews and stats of several clinics. I reasoned that the sweet spot would be somewhere that did a high volume of implant procedures (practice makes perfect) for which they received overwhelmingly positive reviews and boasted a long list of solid credentials. I eventually settled on Supreme Dental. Working with their amazing customer coordinator, Ernesto Carranza, I was quoted a total package price of $24,950 which covered all extractions, placement of upper and lower all-on-6 posts, temporary dentures while these posts healed and integrated with my bones, and the final, permanent titanium/zirconia implants. The price also included full IV sedation for the initial extraction and post-implant surgery, and all accommodations at the clinic's in-house hotel. I scheduled the first of my two required visits in late February, 2026, and planned the second visit for the end of May. I flew Into Phoenix and utilized the clinic's free airport shuttle (shout out to my driver, Fransisco) for the ~2 hour ride down to Los Algodones and back. (They also offer shuttle service to and from San Diego.) During my initial exam, the CT scan revealed severe bone loss in my upper jaw. Dr. Luis explained that, for my implants to be successful, they would need to implant two special types of posts - zygomatic and pterygoid - that would anchor to my cheekbones and skull, respectively, instead of my upper jaw. Fortunately, Dr. Luis had the training and experience required to place these types of implants; unfortunately, their use would increase the cost of my procedure by $11,000 to a total of $35,950. I agreed to this higher price. (I did take advantage of a 5% discount offered for all-cash payment, bringing my price down to just under $34,000.) This is a lot of money, but considering the cost of the same work done locally would be around $100,000, I think It's a pretty solid deal. The skill and care demonstrated by the entire Supreme Dental medical team, from Dr. Luis down to the dental technicians, was superb. The clinic's tools and techniques are as modern and safe as any found in the US, and the customer service staff is excellent. When my second trip was disrupted by a series of mechanical failures on American Airlines, forcing me to delay my trip by two weeks, the clinic staff took these challenges in stride. Now, there are a few less-than-ideal facets of my experience to be aware of. First, Los Algodones (aka "Molar City") is a small town focused on dental tourism. It is very much a BORDER town, and not a RESORT town. The ~10 blocks that make up the business district consist of dental clinics, pharmacies, a few opticians (new eyeglasses can also be found at very low cost), a few restaurants and a grocery store. Bring something to do or entertain yourself with if your procedure requires overnight stays, because you will find very little to do there. (Nearby Yuma, Arizona requires taxi rides or a rental car to access and doesn't offer that much more in terms of entertainment options.) Second, the clinic's in-house hotel is clean and convenient, but also very basic. Picture Motel 6, not the Marriott. So, if you can endure a few days of spartan living and self-entertainment, Supreme Dental offers an excellent nearby option for US dental patients seeking top-notch care at roughly 30% of US prices.

Doctors and hygienists were English-speaking and very friendly and professional. They offered me a more "naturopathic" option for treatment, prescribed a special mouthwash, and gave me a very reasonable estimate for future work *IF* the natural remedy didn't work first. I appreciate not being upsold something I don't need, which has been my past experience with American dentists, unfortunately. :-/ My friend recommended Del Rio to me...he has been coming here for years, and highly recommended them to me. Glad I listened! Will be back for my next cleaning and necessary work, as needed, if the more natural remedy doesn't work. Thanks, guys! Awesome job! Over the following years, I had to return approximately six times due to ongoing problems with the same teeth. Each visit required a 12-hour drive each way and several days of travel and lodging. The issues I experienced included: - A bridge that failed within the warranty period - Crowns that cracked and required replacement - Implant-related complications - A root canal that an independent U.S. dentist later confirmed was not completed Despite multiple visits to allow the clinic to correct these issues, the problems were not resolved. I provided the clinic with documentation, including their written warranty and independent dental findings, and formally requested reimbursement of $10,000 USD for defective and incomplete treatment. I did not receive a response. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before undergoing treatment.

SO HAPPY with Simply Dental!!…read more Our wonderful experience with Simply Dental started with their prompt responses to our email and phone outreach. I called other clinics and language barrier was an issue. The patient coordinator, Andy, spoke perfect English and answered all of my (many and specific) questions thoroughly. He made me feel valued as a potential client and walked through the process of their dental practice, pricing, and timing of making crowns, root canals, along with whitening and cleanings, etc which meant getting a hotel nearby for the 2-3 days to complete the list of dental work. There's also Andy's detailed steps with crossing the border, which was helpful and greatly appreciated. He explained the options of driving or walking across the border, where to park, Andy shared hotel recommendations, and travel tips. It was easier in the summer slower months vs snowbird season. Don't forget your passport! Then once you are actually at the clinic, you're greeted by very friendly staff. Many techs and service reps! Thank you Doris, Carla, Andy, and Jesus! Nice offering of coffee+water in the lobby, good WiFi, the clinic is clean, safe and after being there for hours and days, it's comfortable... as much as it can be for dental work. Dr. Santiago was awesome -- Friendly and professional. I appreciated his communications-- questions and checking in on how I was doing, he explained what he's doing, and made honest recommendations. Thank you Dr. Santiago for your honesty and great dental work! Between fillings, bleaching a dead tooth, and the need for two crowns, we were in the chair and office a long time. But necessary. Overall worth it!! Why did we drive 3+hours to Los Algodones to get dental work done? Costs. Their pricing is beyond fair and great. We'll be returning for all major dental work. Thank you Simply Dental for making the dreaded-nerve-wracking-dental-visit a positive experience!! *What also helped was escaping to a nice pool and hotel-- see my review on Quechan Casino Resort.

After about 20 minutes I was called and they reviewed my choices. I knew everything that needed to be done from two other quotes done in the US. I also knew the manufacturer of materials used. Their plan was spot on, three implants, crowns, root canal and crown. Cost 8200. It's been about a year 1.5 yrs and I am very happy with the work that was done. It's a process so I had to return a few times. My last visit was to have my teeth cleaned again while my wife had her invisalign checked.
