It is essentially systematic whole-body stretching using numerical cues. Every stretch is taken to 3 (light stretch), 5 (medium), and 7 (harder stretch.) My flexibility has improved tremendously, and it's easier to sit at a desk all day when your back and shoulders aren't tied up in knots. I agree with other reviewers. it is a bit pricy. If you come in twice per week it's $40 for 30 minutes. However, I know myself and know that there's no way I'd do this stretching by myself. I'd stretch for two minutes and then pick up the remote or move on to some other distraction. So for me, it's worth it.

I sent my cancellation via email and instead of cancelling they sent me an email back saying thanks for the renewal you'll be charged again in a month. Don't fall for it folks. It seems they know you won't be back. Additionally the app doesn't accurately show your visits, it says you have no visits when you do and you can't schedule without giving them more money. There is no plan to fix the app. While the care was adequate, the issue I was seeking treatment for is still exactly the same as it was the first time I walked in the door.

I was told my one orthopedic surgeon that I would need surgery before I would be "normal" again. I had another tell me that we could see what Physical Therapy could do in 8 weeks, and revisit the situation with surgery being on the agenda to return to normal. I write this, 6 months later, having made a tremendous recovery WITHOUT surgical intervention. With the dedication Andy and Gunnar, and the support of the entire team, they made me believe in myself, trust my body, and achieve my goal of recovering without surgery! It wasn't easy, and there were times I wanted to give up because it seemed impossible, but every time I walked through those doors, I was met with such a positive and encouraging environment that helped press forward. Andy and Gunnar were both extremely kind and charismatic, listened to what my goals were, and made sure my program would help me achieve them. I can say in some ways, I am even stronger than before my injury now. They were fantastic to work with, and I'll miss seeing them every week. I worked with most all of the techs on the team since I was there 3x a week, but Scott and Joe were who I worked most frequently with. They were also fantastic to work with, always cheering me on and keeping me laughing when I might not have been having the best day. If you have anything that you feel is "off", or consistent pain, I urge you to come to Health Quest in Clawson, and see what the team can help you achieve. My life is forever changed, and I am so grateful for this team.
