And then he just would not file an enforcement proceeding with the court, even though my husband was in contempt. I understand that it's difficult to pursue justice against somebody who suddenly got diagnosed with cancer, but the details around our case did not change when he got diagnosed with cancer. My husband still screwed me and the kids over, left us with $100,000 in debt, and failed to obey a court order on child support and debt payment. Mr. Malone should've filed the enforcement proceeding on January 20 and it is now May 13th. He avoids my calls, and when I do finally reach him, he assures me he's doing it.
