They are working through loopholes to rip people off. They want you to invest in a building that they" purchased" 15 years ago that they have only a few spots left to invest in but has no build plans construction time frame and it's in a premium part of town which is a lie. The presentation looks like a 10 year old cut and pasted pics from the Internet. Working with them is the biggest mistake of my life.
