This restaurant should be considered for a Michelin star.
We have dined at fine restaurants all over the world and the thought that Chef Justin has put into the parings of flavors and textures has put into this menu shows his true passion for the culinary arts.
From start to finish this meal and the service was very memorable and we enjoyed it so much, that we would return to Lisbon specifically just to dine here.
We shared started with an appetizer of guacamole and plantains, and then we shared three entrees...the kangaroo tartar, pork belly, then a kangaroo steak with polenta and salad, and finished with a salted caramel tart that we both felt was one of the best desserts we've had in our life.
We were guided through our meal by waiter Miguel, and Chef Justin came out to greet everyone at the end of our meal.
Our waiter Miguel was an important key to our dining experience, he has an exceptional ability to describe the food and flavors...it's clear he truly loves what he does!
This is a quaint little restaurant, with a classy vibe. This is best food we've had in Lisbon. It's worth dining here, you will love it!
