On the reciept it clearly states that the item purchased does not qualify for the "Free adn Easy" return. When I asked customer service to explain what is it, why it is called "Free and Easy" if it is not free and why it was automatically added to my order eventhough the reciept clearly states the item is not eligible for this...whatever it is they have gone ghost. No response, No answer, No refund of the fee. I didn't even get the item yet and I am tempted to return it just because it feels like i'm being scammed. I wonder how many $5.99 fees have been charged and just not even noticed by others. Not to mention, I paid an additinal fee for shipping.

Working here was great until the new manager took over. She has absolutely no respect for her team…read moremembers. She will talk down to them every chance she gets. She picks favorites and allows the associates to curse and be disrespectful to the supervisors. When it is brought to her attention she will yell at the supervisor and say they deserved to be talked to that way. She is an absolute nightmare and has caused multiple long time associates and supervisors to quit due to lack or respect and proper management. Attempted to take my concerns about her treatment to the District manager and was basically told she was being how she was because we were not accepting of her as the new manager. Although multiple people made complaints about the way they were treated we were all told to be nice to her and take this as a learning experience. After talking with the District manager the store manager became even worse.
