Could not get anyone to answer the phone, come to the door to set up a membership. It says on their website that you can try for free but that's not possible if you can't even get them to open the door. I tried calling the location 15 times. Knocked on the door and the staff member noticed me but just turned around and completely ignored me. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Most horrible customer service ever!!!!
